If there are bats, why not birds? Although I think sunflowers are rather decorative.

I been waiting on birds for two years. I hope it gets into Vanilla soon.

lolyup. That's exactly what I'm looking forward to in 1.7. Sunflowers are kinda neat, but really, their main purpose is that they look pretty.

Hope they do add birds or something like that, though. That would be really nice. MC deserves more ambiance than it currently has.

Yes, Sacheverell you need to post a topic about the new biomes, because there are idiots on this forum that seem to think that sunflowers are the only addition. Things that should be added to Minecraft 1.7: (V Crafting recipes for some items below V)

• Delayed Thunder after lighting and quieter thunder with faraway lightning* (Like that in the real world)
• Stained/tinted glass
• Iron trapdoors/fence gates
• More crops
• Padlock doors/trapdoors/fence gates*

Things that should be added to Minecraft 1.7:

• More crops
• Iron trapdoors/fence gates
• Delayed thunder after lighting and quieter thunder for faraway lighting* (like that in the real world
• Padlock doors/trapdoors/fence gates and keys*
• Craftable saddles/horse armor
• Stained/tinted glass
