In the game, you can play as one of four distinct classes. Each class has access to three different types of weapons:
- Warrior: Great weapons, dual-wielded one-handed weapons, shield + one-handed weapons
- Rogue: Daggers, fist weapons, longswords
- Spirit Mage: Staffs, wands, bracelets
- Ranger: Bows, crossbows, boomerangs
With procedurally generated worlds, random adventuring parties wandering around like the player, and scaled difficulty levels, Cube World will definitely scratch that adventurer's itch! Be sure to check out the Cube World wiki for all the latest game info!
This is straight from the website:
"Do you know games like The Legend of Zelda, Minecraft or Skyrim? Yes? Combine them and imagine that they come together. This is exactly how Cube World looks like! Cube World is a voxel-based exploration game. It's full of RPG elements, cartoon style gives it fairytale atmosphere."
This mentions Minecraft and how it's one of the three major influences of the game. Plus, wouldn't you agree that Minecraft is a voxel-based exploration game? Well, wouldn't you know, apparently Cube World is a voxel-based exploration game. I know they're two different things, but if they weren't, wouldn't that make Cube World just a Minecraft rip-off?
It's not free, it's $20.
Doesn't look like it's asking me for $20... http://cubeworld-gam...world-download/
Yeah that's not the official site. Go to Picroma
That's not the legit place to get cube world (I believe it's a pirated version, correct me if I'm wrong). If you want to get it legit and actually support the people making the game go to https://picroma.com/ and buy it

.......Okay......
It is a Minecraft Forum and probably should stay Minecraft related. If anything, this thread, itself, should just be in General Gaming instead of the "Minecraft News" section that's in the "Minecraft Discussion" sub-forum. The hate seems a little extreme, but it is a valid point.
Strange...I don't remember myself, Winter_Mage, Sloop, or Collin1971 ever being apart of the staff....
...fanboys, come at me bro.
Probably because Mojang was publishing it. Same with Scrolls. This game though doesn't have any true relation to Mojang. Even if this was Cobalt, I would still go with my point and people should have criticized the thread.
