Minecon in Vegas

Minecon is coming up fast! It is set to be held at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas on November 18th and 19th, to celebrate the full launch of Minecraft. Registration and ticket purchase will be available next week - be sure to get yours fast when they do! Notch made it a point to emphasize that this will NOT be the end of development for the game, stating:

“We’ll just go back home and keep working on Minecraft directly after MineCon, but it does represent a huge milestone where the game finally leaves beta, something we’d never been able to do without our fans, so it feels natural to celebrate it with them.”

In addition to Mojang, a number of the staff from the forums will be in attendance as well! Will you be attending Minecon? Check out our poll!

I dont live THAT far from los vegas... although i still might not be going, if my dad said "were going to minecon" i will **** in happiness. since most of my family loves minecraft. :cool.gif:

Now that I'm back home in Vegas, I'll definitely be attending! Even though I'm unemployed still (gimme a break...I've only been back for two weeks ;-), I'll do all I can to get the money for the tickets! A romp in the sheets with someone wouldn't be too bad a price. My girlfriend would kill me if she read that ^.^.
