Minecon in Vegas

Minecon is coming up fast! It is set to be held at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas on November 18th and 19th, to celebrate the full launch of Minecraft. Registration and ticket purchase will be available next week - be sure to get yours fast when they do! Notch made it a point to emphasize that this will NOT be the end of development for the game, stating:

“We’ll just go back home and keep working on Minecraft directly after MineCon, but it does represent a huge milestone where the game finally leaves beta, something we’d never been able to do without our fans, so it feels natural to celebrate it with them.”

In addition to Mojang, a number of the staff from the forums will be in attendance as well! Will you be attending Minecon? Check out our poll!

Might throw a crafty party for my crazy freinds and peoples, but hugging creepers IRL and all the crazy things that will happen there will have to be without me.
Only went to one con and that's something that my parents always go to because it's within the state, but being nearly near the corner of the US, I doubt I'll get there.

not too too far away from me, if by plane, about 3 hours. By car probably a couple of days, either way, im techinicly a minor :sad.gif:

I wish I could but

-99$ for 1 ticket is a lot.

-My parents wont be able to afford the tickets for 4 alone

-They wont like it anyway.

-Plane flights cost too much.

-Las Vegas isn't really a ''kids friendly'' place.

Jokes aside i would like to come but Romania is far away from Vegas + it's hell expencive for a country where you get around 150 euro per month..
