i'm in a bit of a pickle here. the emails from the account confirmation for the migration won't work because it is not sending the email. i can't contact support because i don't have the transaction id. i can't change the email because i never setup security questions and it will not send the instructions to that either. help

how can I contact mojang if I don't have the transaction ID?

I have a problem

I didn't migrate and I never read forums or anything else. I just enjoyed the game how it was.

Now out of nowhere, I'm logged out on my account. I am really trying everything in my power to still migrate my account but the problem is.

I can't log in on my mojang account either. My password doens't work and when I try to change it, I don't receive any email because my mail is't verified.

So I'm really worried. How can I get my account back? I still have my transaction ID to maybe to prove them it's really me.

Whenever I send in a request and I get an answer. I try to click on the converstation and it just says "you are now talking with gamer with experience" but that's it, no information, no chat, no answer. It leaves me where I was before. With nothing.

Is there any way I can contact them on a way where I can interact with them?

i lost my mojang account. i tried every email and password possible but its gone forever. this is so dumb. it replaced it with my xbox account that shares an email. this is dumb as hell. microsoft used to annoy me with how they handled minecraft but now im just mad. this game would be so much better if notch just stayed in control and microsoft never offered to buy it.
