It wasn't long ago that we heard about Denmark being recreated in Minecraft. It should come as no surprise that other countries would find their way into our favorite sandbox, and this particular project is equally impressive - the entirety of Great Britain in Minecraft, courtesy of Ordinance Survey!
The world consists of more than 83 billion blocks representing over 220,000 square kilometres of mainland Great Britain and surrounding islands, though it does not include Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, as they are covered in other independent projects. The creators claim that Minecrafters in the region should be able to find their own homes on this map, with reasonable accuracy! If you want to give this map a look, click here, but be warned: this map is, even compressed, well over 1GB in size (20GB uncompressed).
Denmark was 1tb

I'd totally say U.S. but it's the fourth largest country in the world, behind Russia, China, and Canada (according to Wikipedia), so... yeah.
EDIT: Since the file size would be huge, you can make each of the provinces and territories in separate worlds.
Cosidering the fact that is one of the biggest cities on the world the map must use like 50GB
