    holy crap how old are you, after reading 2 times or so it shouldn't be hard to understand.
    reading that helps you get an understanding of how these extra buildings work.

    Also, by looking at perimeters you can understand which files building plans go if the maker of the building haven't yet told you.

    all building plan folders are located in
    %appdata%\.minecraft\millenaire\buildingplans

    you can access that by doing Windows + r (if on windows)
    then type in %appdata%\.minecraft\millenaire\buildingplans

    It simply means you put the files in that folder into the Custom folder in the Building plans folder. No more, no less, very simple, easy installation.

    Parameters:
    For every upgrade of every variation, you can specify parameters according to the format below. Those parameters are set in the first line of every file for text plans, and in the variation's text file for PNG 
    plans, with parameters for the different upgrades on successive lines.
    The first line of every building file contains a list of parameters for the building plan. This list can be empty if no parameters are set. Parameters set for a level will be applied to all building plans in 
    subsequent plans for the same variation, unless they are overwritten at a later stage, so you need to put them in level files above 0 only if they changed. Parameters take the form of <key>:<value> pairs and 
    are separated by ';'. For example, assuming I want to add a lavoir (public place for cloth-washing in use at the time):
    max:1;priority:500;french:Lavoir;around:2;startLevel:-1;orientation:1;width:6;length:4
    Parameter relevant only in the first line of the _A.txt (PNG plans) or in the _A0.txt file (text plans):
    - max: the maximum number of buildings of that type to be built. Defaults to 1.
    Parameters relevant only to first-level plans (first line in the txt file (PNG plans) or files ending in 0.txt (text plans)):
    - around: the "margin" to put around a building (grass/dirt surface). Defaults to 1.
    - startLevel: How "deep" the first floor of the building is. 0 will mean the first floor will be just above the ground, -1 (most common) that it replaces the last level of earth. Defaults to 0.
    - orientation: What side your building faces. This will be useful later, when I get the villagers to build buildings facing the town hall. 0 means the entrance of the building will face "north" in the text file, 1 that 
    it faces toward the left of the text file (which is the case of most of my buildings). Defaults to 1.
    - width: PNG plans only: the width of your building, in blocks/pixels. Mandatory.
    - length: PNG plans only: the length of your building in blocks (equal to the height of the picture in pixels). Mandatory.
    Parameters relevant to all building levels:
    - priority: how important building this is for the villagers. Higher priority buildings or upgrades have a higher chance of being picked, proportionally to their priority score (so a building with priority 10 have 
    twice as much chance to get picked than one with priority 5). For level 0 (construction of a new building), only the priority set in the A0 building is used. Defaults to 1.
    - french: the name of the building in French, or, if you are very good, in Medieval Norman.
    - english: the name in English, if the French one is not guessable by an English speaker.
    - signOrder: for buildings with multiple signs (as of 0.3, only the TownHall), a comma-separated list for matching the order of signs in the plan (going line by line from left to right) with the "in game" order 
    (where the one above the door is 0, etc.). Defaults to 0, the proper setting for buildings with 0 or 1 sign.

    The glass blocks above the cactus cause it. Cactus won't grow when there is a block next to them, but they will still try to grow. If that makes sense.

    The top cactus piece will grow successfully, realize there is a block next to it, and "pop off" the cactus.



    As far as the solar array goes, I meant it to be expandable but don't feel you have to fill it in completely. I realize it looks a bit awkward when it's only partially full, I don't know of a good workaround for that. I can't really think of a way to reduce the size, other than cutting out alternate sides of the flowers and squishing the rest together, but it meshes together tightly as is.

    Check the EU usage in the Industrial Craft instructions, it says how much each machine needs to run. Most are less than 5 EU, some are like 1-2. Solar panels generate 1 EU per second.

    If you have extra resources you can try running multiple miners with the power. Or having additional machines so you can process your materials faster. Or both.

    Someone in the IC thread had a setup for a very large scale automatic strip mine.


    If you want to make a single solar flower, it's just the + pattern of cabling, with solar panels on the top and sides. You end up with 5 on top and 8 on the sides, for 13 EU if it's filled in completely.


    I'll add a warning to the array description.


    Here's an idea: Wire all the buildings to an electric grid and add luminators and machinery to them. :biggrin.gif:


    Or, if you just have way too many solar panels (I get carried away too) and you are completely out of iron and just don't want the excess solar panels at all any more: Place them, then wrench them up and re-place them. The process will occasionally fail and you will get a 'machine' part back instead of the solar panel, which you can use for another piece of equipment. Just like re-processing gravel over and over for flint. You will go through a bunch of wrenches this way but chances are you have plenty of bronze.

    the one that your using has 49% or success since only allows 2 ways
    but by using signs, you have have 90% success which allows 4 ways.

    That's supposed to happen I believe, they stop working at night[if you've played Minecolony mod you'd notice the workers sleep at night] And, from what I've seen you gotta be at least 200 blocks away for the V key to work[from my personal experience of having the min village distance at 800 and moving south in hopes of finding one and the only time the key worked was around 233 away from the village]

    If you have no other mods going, your best bet would be to upgrade to 1.4_01 and setting your spawn with a bed.


    Oh, sorry i didn't explain it right.
    at night fall, they "goto sleep" and then at morning, they just walk around the place (town hall) while im waiting to trade in there. I ment the whole "trade" thing just stops.
