Really, though, doesn't everyone do this.

Minecraft is sort of a strategy game, and this is my own strategy. I'm not even finished with this yet! I'm still working on it.

This is my first post on the minecraft forums. I have decided to show everyone a new strategy I use to beat minecraft. If anything strange appears below, don't blame me, I'm just trying to see how this forum works. If one of the links below doesn't work, please let me know. Be sure to have a late version of minecraft! The steps are below:

1. Find a nearby forest.
2. Punch three blocks of wood of the same wood type.
3. Convert them to wooden planks.
4. Make a crafting table by opening your inventory, and placing four wooden planks in the crafting square, each plank in it's own square.
5. Place the crafting table somewhere.
6. On the crafting table or in your own crafting square, place one wooden plank on top of the other. You should get four sticks.
7. On the crafting table, in the bottom row and the middle column, place a stick. In the Middle row and the middle column, place a stick. In the top right corner, place a wooden plank. Place another wooden plank below that one and to the left of this. You should get a wooden ax. (The wood ax doesn't have a page.)
8. Dig up the crafting table with the ax.
9. Cut down at lease 35 more wood blocks of the same type with the ax.
10. Convert all of the wood to wooden planks.
11. Make a 5x5x3 hollow house (3 is height) with a hole in the front, which should be 1 meter (one block) wide and 2 meters high.
12. Place the crafting table in the house.
13. On the crafting table, fill the left and middle columns with wooden planks. This will make a door. Fill the hole with the door. Be sure to place it from outside of the house!
14. There! Now you know the basics of starting. But what will you eat? How will you sleep? Where will you put all of your stuff? How will you cook? How will you win? Actually, I don't even know how to win, but I'll get back to you on that.
15. Find three sheep and kill them. You should get three wool. If not, kill more sheep. If the three wool you get are the same color, skip to step 22. Otherwise, continue through steps 16 - 18.
16. Find two roses or dandelions. In your crafting square, convert them to rose red or dandelion yellow.
17. Put three wool and three of the rose red or dandelion yellow in your crafting square. Take all of the wool out. It should all be the same color.
18. Return to your home.
19. On the crafting table, fill the bottom row with three wooden planks, and the middle row with three wool. You should get a bed.
20. Place the bed somewhere in your house.
21. Remember this: Try not to die before sleeping in the bed. Once you sleep in the bed once or whatever times, then your bed will become the new spawn location. Otherwise, you'll have to start over or find your home.
22. Now you should know more about the bed. Continue to build a furnace.
