    hello,

    Maybe Minecraft couldn't take 2 argument with name... I suggest to use a team, so first time:

    /scoreboard teams add "randomName"

    /scoreboard teams join "randomName" kevinmdalton93

    /scoreboard teams join "randomName" cubbiebear28

    and after:

    /effect @a[team=!"randomName",x=708,y=71,z=612,r=45] minecraft:nausea 35 1 [hideParticles=true]
