So I have had this issue for about 3 months, I stopped playing for a bit thinking there would be a fix.
My mouse wheel works outside of minecraft and in minecraft after using the jar launcher. there was an issue with the jar launcher and I was told to use the native one. After swithcing my mouse wheel won't scroll to switch items or scroll in any menus. I also found that it won't scroll in the launcher itself, before I even hit play. I'm currently playing in 1.12.2 using the eternal modpack, and the launchers version is 2.1.9616
Things I have tried to resolve the problem:
Uninstalling and Reinstalling all of minecraft/ twitch
Uninstalling and Reinstalling all mouse software and driver
Using the mouse tweaks mod
Not using the mouse tweaks mod
Using a different mouse
Using a different computer(yes really)
Searching to see if anyone else had this problem
and now I'm asking people here, because I'm about to quit minecraft altogether, with how many things keep me from playing after playing since alpha.
I am Trying to add this to my magic quest game but it keeps shutting down at the initialization point (phase 2). The crash page is here :http://paste.feed-the-beast.com/view/c21cb418. If anyone can give me a hand I love using tinkers but I can't seem to find why it is crashing
