Sep 15, 2012Ok now this is annoying, your mod also doesn't play nice with Metallurgy (it messes with icons of items in inventory) which is a real shame, I really like your mod and I would like to use it, it's just a shame mods don't all play nice together =/Posted in: Minecraft Mods
Sep 15, 2012Ok just retested, only things I have installed and order of them: I use MultiMC to load most of my mods, I have Forge installed in the .jar file, I have Iron Chests in the mods folder in the minecraft directory, and the only other mod I have installed is Damage Counter through the MultiMC Interface and it still does it.Posted in: Minecraft Mods
Just tried it again without Iron Chests so just Forge installed through the .jar and DC installed through MultiMC and still no change.
Altho if I remove the texture pack the coal (The only block I tested for this instance) looked like a gravel block instead of normal coal
*Edit* I do have a bigger list of mods usually installed but I took it back down to base level (besides removing forge) just to see. I will do a force update and come back if that makes a difference.
*Edit 2* Ok base install with absolutely nothing installed yielded the right textures, Install Damage Counter through Magic Launcher, right textures, Installed through MultiMC (For some reason it auto installed Forge again on the fresh install, kinda weird, removed it again) right textures.
*Edit 3* Reinstall Forge, still right textures, so it's got me there, trying each mod back on individually, well, one at a time
*Edit 4* Right, hit on the first mod, Iron Chests changed the texture back to gravel, removal of the mod did not change textures back to normal. Removing Damage Counter fixed the textures but putting it straight back on stuffed them up again. This time fresh install + Forge + Damage Counter = stuffed textures again. I'm confused =/ Also for some reason through MultiMC forge is really hard to get rid of =/
*Edit 5* Ok after playing around with it I think I need to close MultiMC before altering the .jar file not just close minecraft. anyway just Forge and Damage Counter installed on a fresh install gave me dud textures.
Sep 13, 2012I've got a weird error while using this mod, it causes things like coal/charcoal and redstone when thrown on the ground come up as greenish brown plain blocks. This happens with or without a texture pack, also with no other mods installedPosted in: Minecraft Mods
Correction, anything I throw on the ground brings up this same weird thing
Another correction, most items do it, cobble, gravel and torches seem immune to this strange glitch
Sep 13, 2012Hi, I've had a look around and I found a mod that does this for 1.2.5, what I'm looking for is a mod that increases inventory size, maybe chests as well, for 1.3.2. anyone know of any?Posted in: Mods Discussion
I found a 1.3.2 mod for chests that works called iron chests, would still like an inventory one tho
