a quick question, does the mod just change how biomes/terrain is generated and not change the boimes in any other way (thus making it compatible with structure-generating mods)?
With all the SAO hype out there and after seeing SAO II i though: why not make a minecraft Mod based on GGO's awesome mechanic, Prediction lines.
This would work the following way: when a bow is fully drawn everyone buy the user will see a red line being projected out of the bow with the arrow's trajectory. this way you can have a chance at dodging if the attacker is holding the bow for too long (having the bow drawn) but my main focus would be skeletons, since they attack in an almost fixed timing it should be easy to makes this lines be projected 1/2 a second before they're fired. (maybe add some potion to slow down game speed to better react to the lines)
Well unfortunately i cant code so i can't make thus idea a reality myself but if anyone is up for the challenge please go ahead and do so.
say i have a question/issue: why cant i replace parts on a tool (namely change the wooden blade for a stone one or something similar) i remember being able to do this while using tinkers construct in the "magic farm 2" modpack in the feed-the-beast launcher. is this a feature that's implemented but disabled? or is it provided with a add-on?
IDEA: give players a time limit to escape the limbo, so that if you fail to escape in time, you get out, but without items. also try making it with some cool "opening-eye" animation (with the one in the sky-box above)
