I am a married mother with a 9yo daughter and am looking for a place not filled with kids. The server I am currently on is shutting down an I am in the middle of a large cathedral build (with pipe organ that plays note block music)

I mostly play to relax and really enjoy epic and/or long term builds.
Happy to work with others to gather materials and build as well.
My redstone skills are at about Jeb door level, although I am quite comfortable using videos to copy community creations for more complex things. I enjoy having funky restone in my base
9. How much time will you be planning to play on the server? Activity is key! We want people that will play as much as possible.
It will honestly vary depending on work and family. There will be weeks where I cannot be on more than a couple of hours total, while other weeks I will be on 6 hours a day. Generally it tends to be 1/2 hr to 2 hours a day, and I communicate if not planning to be around for a few days.

Well, the answer is whiskey, but in reality..... give me vodka any... I mean every... no... any day.
This server is a small community of mature players. Most of us know each other from past servers but we are welcoming in a few more that like the vibes of a well-knit community. We are all from different places, America, Canada, Scotland, etc. Our ages range from 25 to 40, which means some of us enjoy drinking while playing (hence our name). Most of us have kids, some of us don't but all of us quiet enjoy relaxing on Minecraft without having to baby other players, that's what we have our own kids for right? We want to feel comfortable using profanity at our leisure, which is another reason we want mature players. None of us take kindly to people who bully, grief and break the rules, that will be an automatic boot. While we do use profanity, that does not mean that you can call people names and hurt feelings. Again why I must emphasize how this is only for MATURE audience, so please do not ask to join if you are 18 and under. I don't care how much you use profanity yourself. WARNING: If the thought of anyone using profanity or being intoxicated while playing makes you cringe and uncomfortable this is NOT the server for you.
As a tight knit community, we do collaborate on many things, such as events like dragon fighting, wither boss killings, etc, etc. You do not need to join us, but for the first events of the server it will be a community thing. If and when we do this first event and you wish to summon the dragon or wither on your own you are definitely allowed to. But only after the first big event. Also working on farms together is a big plus so we can get XP farms going. We will also be planning other events as well, like mini games, UHCs, etc.
As mentioned before this server is 18+, whitelisted, vanilla survival on difficulty 3 (hard) based in North America and we are currently in 1.10.2. There are no mods or pluggins, the one thing we have is a command block that allows one person to sleep. Its definitely a pure vanilla server. So no TPing or flying or nothing, unless is a moderator or the moderator is helping you with something. No one else is allowed in creative or spectator mode unless its a moderator.
This is a BRAND NEW server, except for the spawn in area that has been worked on with a few members. Other than that the server is untouched.
Do not grief, steal, cheat, or hack. Doing so will get you banned and reported.
You must be 18 and over. Again, MATURE audience.
We will be using discord as a means of communication so you need to be involved and chat with us. I understand that people are shy but if you feel uncomfortable speaking to us maybe this is not the server for you.
Be respectful to all players, any complaints and you will be kicked and reported. Especially if its for bullying, harassing or breaking any rules for that matter.
If a creeper blows up spawn or a Ghast blows up the hub while you're in it, it is your responsibility to fix it.
You are allowed to build at spawn, but match the theme and don't go overboard. DO NOT build your base at spawn, please build your personal base 500 blocks away. But make sure you are not in the same area as someone else. if you are ask first before taking over their area.
For the nether hub, we want nice tunnels leading to your base so others can see your work as well. Please have a banner that corresponds to your tunnel.
Do not have random portals up, if you are no longer using it, take it down.
We will have a designated mesa and desert to obtain materials for. Please don't make a base there.

Please make sure you want to stay in the server before you plan a big build and leave it unfinished. If you are inactive for more than 3-4 months you will be un-whitelisted. I was playing on a server for a long time, but people started drifting apart, new recruits came in and left about a week later. Granted maybe they didn't connect with other players and thats understandable. So with that being said I am looking for a server were its friendly and fun to join after a crazy day of work. Hopefully this is it.

One tunnel is to my base and the other to the amusement park which is still a work in progress.
