Answer the question myself.
I see the Forge updated to 4.2.5.305 and after I updated, the game no longer crashed when I leave my server.
However, there are new questions.
Followings are my server logs:

I think this error comes from TerraFirmaCraft. Are client and server running the exact same versions of Forge and of TFC?
yes, I only have one TFCraft file, and it names "TFCraft-Universal-Core-B2-Build52e.zip".
When the server crashed, I've tried removing all the mods in the mods directory both server and client, and crashing still happened.
So I thought it might be Forge's problem.
Well, still thank you for answering my question.
I try to build a server, installed Forge 4.2.5.303 and PlayerAPI to minecraft.jar by 7zip, not MCPatcher.
I have installed these MODs:
CodeChickenCore
Not Enough Item
CustomStuff
MultiPageChest
TFCraft
BambooMod
ReiMinimap (only in client)
All of these mods are newest and universal version.
(Their titles are SMP but only one file can download, so I use these files in my server.)
However, when I close the SP game, sometimes the game crashes.
I tried to start the server, I can log in, but when I offline, server crashed.

Thanks for watching, and if you can, help me please...
This mod doesn't work in Forge 4.2.5 and make minecraft crash when press "ESC" in a SP game.
However, one of my mods only work in Forge 4.2.5...so sad...
i'm on 1.1.1b and i can change time just fine in ssp. unless there was a hotfix update in the last week then it must be a bug then.
edit: i just redownloaded it just to make sure i wasn't using a outdated version and it still worked.
I tried to install all mods one by one and I think I found the problem.
When I installed Modloader, ModloaderMP, MinecraftForge, CodeChickenCore, and NEI, it works.
But when I installed SiegeCraft, it just worked like what I said, 4 buttoms get the same time.
However, it's not a big problem.
I use NEI instead of TMI is because it's SMP version, that my friends can see the recipe easily.
ItemIDs are "shifted" 256 by default. Its a minecraft thing (since Blocks take up IDs 1-256)
Thank you.
In fact, I want to use CustomStuff to make a recipe that all ores and veins can craft into 2 dust instead of 1.
Just because my friends are tiring of IC2...
Maybe I'll try to edit the config file to make veins more.
use spoiler tags like [spoiler ]<error goes right here>[ /spoiler]
*remember to remove the spaces before the [spoler ] and [ /spoiler]*
Are you on multiplayer? I think the server needs to have the server part installed to use day and night. *correct me if i'm wrong*
Both SSP and SMP can't change the time.
The 4 buttoms change times the same(/set time 0).
The IDs from config doesn't match what I see in game (with NotEnoughItem[NEI]).
When I use SinglePlayerCommand[SPC] to get the item, I have to use ID from NEI but from config.
For Example: Iron dust from config is 21027(defult), but in NEI, it is 21283, SPC the same.
When I set the Iron dust to 21283 in config, NEI become 21539.
All Items' ID are the same, config settings +256 is what in game.
Only Items' ID have this problem.

I'm not sure the problem is about this mod or about this mod with other mods.
I've installed these mods in my 1.4.2 server:
EnchantingPlus
IronChest
Metallurgy (Base Metals, Core, Nether Metals, Precious Metals)
Pam's Combined Mod, Clay Spawn, Melon Spawn
Bamboo Mod
Not Enough Item
----
Sorry, I've got the problem.
No mods wrong, it's all Chinese input's fault.

Both SSP and SMP can't change the time.
The 4 buttoms change times the same(/set time 0).

How can I know what's wrong with me?
Thank you.

Thank you very much.

When I Shift + left clicking items in the chest,
the item I clicked is double.
I have tried only install Modloader, ModloaderMP, and Forge,
but it still happens.
Is this a bug or just I forgot anything?
Thnak you.
