Using the newest version, I get this error when trying to open any Indev, Infdev or starting a new map. I tried redownloaded 5 times. I copied the folder over to my laptop (Also running Windows 7 Ultimate x64. It's almost identical in setup to my desktop) and it works 100% perfectly. Also works perfectly on my brothers computer. Running as Admin has not helped. Ran in compatibility for every OS available and nothing worked.
I also noticed, circled in red are where there should be Up and Down arrows, but instead I have the standard missing character box. This seems to indicate as if I'm missing libraries for the program languages, but I downloaded every Visual C update and package that my laptop has but it still hasn't helped.
I've been googling all day, my entire day off trying to find a fix. I found 1 other person who had the same issue back in March but no replies on how to fix it.
