Why do i want this rank: i want this rank because i am very familiar with how to handle certian issues as they arise. if someone was being racist or using insulting, racial, and/or excessive profanity i would mute them for five minutes, if they continued i would jail then temp BAN them, after that its a perm ban. if someone was hacking i would automatically jail/ temp ban them (depending on the severity) then perm ban if they did it again.
What is your building skill [1- 10] To be completely honest my building skill varies. usually im about an 8 and i build very good medival or rustic builds. other than that im a ten with normal builds

BUILDING DIVISION
Now, some servers need builders. But in this server, we need BUILDERS! I want epic structures and a super realistic environment to make this an even more unforgettable experience. Having great builds on a server is like icing on a cake; You don't absolutely need them, but the players (eaters of said cake) really love it. That's why I need expert builders and terraformers to make this server grand. Here's some of my ideas:
Have a HUGE map (definite size not determined yet) that contains all of the vanilla biomes and special terraformed ones Have awesome castles that are very detailed and precise. I don't want just a basic square thing with four towers. I want immense detail, down to every block. We might even base some castles off of real medieval castles. Very realistic terraforming Towns around the castles And so much more!

Since this is a roleplay server, we'll need lore masters and quest writers. The lore and quests will need to be extremely in depth, exciting, and creative. I don't want the plain, There was a war a few years ago, and the land was destroyed. We want you, the adventurer, to settle the land and forge a mighty empire. No. Just no. One thing, it's way too short. Second thing, it's too short. Third thing, it has no detail at all. And finally, this is kinda what every lore is like. It needs to be original! And I don't want the lore to be, say, three pages long, because I want the players to actually read all of it and understand it. So, I'll make a list of requirements for the lore:
Has to be longish, but not too long so that players won't read it. It must be very detailed, but not boring. Must have EXTREMELY good grammar, spelling, and punctuation (I'm good at proof-reading if you don't really have good grammar but have awesome ideas) Must be very creative and original.

i, im drake, and i own mcneoncraft. the server i run has been in work/building mode because i and one other person are the only ones watching the server, and building on it. now to the seriouws work part.All applications must be complete and formal. no ( umm, (studdering), etc). i would love to have a few staff, and mostly builders. the reason is is because it has 40 slots. but i cant have 20 people as staff and builders. (all builders will become 3rd rank in list (a.l details will be given in skype, or over email).
The server itself is a mash-up server. it has (pvp, plotme, creative, survival) all in the works. all it has now is a town which isnt complete (from lack of dedication from other builders)
