I get the whole idea of a "Bacca" but this description does not fit minecraft at all, and is a horrible idea in my opinion. Make it less OP, and maybe a different name. A "Bacca" is too mainstream.

You know, i barely ever use a shovel myself, but of course when im mining and run into gravel....i always wish i would have made a shovel...XD but i never do..but when i actually do make a shove, i use iron shovels, If i would ever make a diamond shovel, it would mean i would have like 4stacks of extra diamonds
