I know you say pre built buit I always have to add this as a disclaimer. You can easily get from 1.5 to 3 times the power for the same price if you build it yourself. It does take a little technical knowledge, but nothing a complete amateur can't learn through Google and Youtube (That is what I did, and it was really easy).
But as for a prebuilt, it really depends on your region. This PC should be able to blow Minecraft out of the water, it is very comparable to what I am using: http://www.ibuypower...D-Gamer-Special
That is actually a really good deal on a stock PC considering it is on sale.
iBuypower has a horrible reputation, and is really a non-reputable brand.
So it's been forever since ive been on here, and I'm really not up to date on any of the new amd cards or anything so I thought I'd let you guys give it a shot. 485 USD is the budget. No monitor ,keyboard, mouse, Windows, or odd needed. I will use it for dayz, Photoshop, Sony Vegas, and web surfing. Basic gaming, nothing intensive. Also I'm not asking for a super powerful pc for Photoshop and Vegas, I just use them from time to time and I know $485 won't get me a beefy editing rig. Anyways I'm buying asap, and the total needs to be $485 before rebates. Thanks.
My GTX 760 runs the heaviest version of shaders at just a bit over 30 fps, which is right around the lowest I'd say is playable.
A GTX 760 is way, way more powerfull than a 7790, so I really doubt it can.
Tap F2 during startup to enter the BIOS. Check if the system detects the hard drive. If that does not uncover your issue, restart and tap F12 for Dell Diagnostics.
If you cannot do either, the problem is probably not with the hard drive.
..it would not get to the load screen if it wasnt detecting a hard drive. it would say something along the lines of please insert bootable disk.

Would be much better, as Miiralion linked.
Building would be your best option above all though.

You would still get a better price:performance ratio if you bought the parts and then had someone assemble them for you

IIRC you won't be able to overclock a non-K Intel CPU.But if I'm wrong, http://pcpartpicker....er-rr212e20pkr2Didnt read the whole OP, no need to get a new CPU Cooler.
