Are you admin on other servers?: Not currently, I took a break from MC for a couple months and gave up my staff positions before that.

What Makes You A Better Admin Than Mod?: I think I have more experience than the average mod. I know more about building and plugins then a regular mod probably.

10) What is your typical way of resolving a conflict?: It depends on the conflict but generally I would try and listen to both sides of the dispute. After that I would look for evidence against the accused and depending on what I found I would rule my judgement.

5) Describe a time that you were a leader. I used to play on a server called Bloodlust that averaged about 90+ people. I helped build this server and had the rank of Admin until the server shut down. There were many times that I had to handle situations or "be a leader" while I was one of the admins. There were also various other times on different servers that I had to be a leader including designing buildings and such.
6) What is your typical way of dealing with a conflict? Listen to both sides/stories of the players. After that I would try and investigate the issue then rule my judgement. Of course is the players were being out of hand such as excessive swearing and what not I might mute them and ask them to settle down.

8) What would you do if I said you were no longer to be a head-admin? I would ask if I did something wrong and if I could change before I was demoted. If you felt I just wasn't capable of fulfilling my role as head admin I would step down with no problem.
9) How would your best friend describe you? Probably honest, loyal, and calm. Its rather hard to get me angry/annoy me which is why I think i'm good in staff positions.
