What experience do you have with staff positions?: HiveMC - Moderator, MCGamer - Moderator, MCOrigins - Helper, CoveNetwork - Sr.Mod/Manager (Temp-Admin and Owner at one point), MCSwish - Moderator.
How would you benefit the server?: I personally think I would be a benefit due to multiple reasons. Firstly, I have had numerous experiences of staffing servers in the past and this is a good experience due to the fact that I understand what kind of commands I need to do and how to deal with certain situations allowing me to be the best Trainee I can. Another reason is that I am a friendly kind of person and I think this is a good personality to have because I won't get angry at others.
Also, I can speak several languages (4 which are: English, Urdu, Hindi Punjabi and Spanish) and this allows me to help players who can speak one of those languages to help them out if needed because it is rare for someone to speak several languages fluently and I am fairly well taught. This would also make moderation a lot easier in case someone is getting reported for saying something inappropriate or against the server rules and this way I can easily be able to understand what they were saying.
Finally, this is a bit of an odd one however I am a pretty quick typer. Now, on average I can do around 85-93 WPM and this would allow me to quickly be able to reply to players and also enforce punishments to players without them having to wait a long time. This would be helpful because it means that I can easily handle a heavy crowd in a sense and would allow me to be efficient in moderation.
What is the role of an Admin?: The role of an admin is to always be there to help and make sure nothing goes wrong. To ensure to dedicate their time towards a server that they are staff on and to make sure the fulfil their duties as an admin to ensure that they are known and respected throughout the community.
What would you do if another staff member was abusing power? : If I were to find out/see another staff member abusing their powers (with evidence of course) I would instantly demote them. They've been trusted with their rank to esnure that nothing goes wrong to the community, not for their own personal benefits or even general abuse.
How much time can you dedicate to the server?: 3-5 hours per day.

What can you bring to the server?: I believe I have the skills to be a part of your amazing staff team. I can and will step up and be a leader when needed. I have a great personality, and a sense of humor. That being said, I am mature. I have a lot of patience and I am able to work under stress and pressure. I will personally promise that i will use the skills i have to help shape and mold the server from a dream into a reality. I will commit my time into helping all the players of the server when needed, and help advertise and keep the posts updated.

Experience: I have been co owner once, head admin twice, admin about 4 times, mod about 3 times, and helper about 4. There may be more, but so many servers die andclose down, I always forget. The kinds or servers i have worked at, well, the one i was co owner at was a minigames server. A lot of them were mixes. some were factions, mixed with prison, and some were creative mixed with survival. The most servers I have worked on so far, was survival. I don't know why, but it was. I was hoping they could add more to it, but it never happened. I hope your server will have a lot of different gamemodes, now or later.
What can you bring to the server?: my loyaltiness. I would treat the server as if it were to be the only thing i cared about. I can and will help you with anything but plugins. But I would love to be taught. I will come on every free second I get if I am accepted. If I were to be the only staff member online, you can count on me and trust me not to do anything wrong.
