I'm coming from Don't Drop the Soap to tell you guys that we have merged. Dillon is now a part of the MCPrison team and we are really excited! You guys can still use the ip mcs-prison.com to connect, or you can use server.mcprison.com to connect!
We will not be transfering ranks, and we hope you guys aren't upset. MCP and DDTS have always had a nice relationship, and I'm very glad we've been able to join together.

Hate to tell you this, but this server revolves around player versus player action. It revolves around the idea that any second you could be slaughtered by a higher ranked person, so keep a close watch where ever you go. If you don't like these types of servers, I'd suggest playing on a free-build or creative server.
In terms of the guard just hitting you and you turning around and hitting them, that didn't happen. Guards do not attack players unless they've already been attacking someone else. There is a chance in which a guard was attempting to attack another person and accidentally hit you, in which you should have turned around, saw it was a guard, and realized it was a mistake.
For your mutes, bad mouthing any higher ranking official will cause you to be muted.
As for your ban, I'm sure you were warned numerous times and just didn't see them.
I'm sorry you had a PVP centered time on our server, next time try and play on servers without PVP.
