I have experience on a PvP server you may know, which is named GlowstonePvP or GSPvP. I was a regular staff member and probably worked there off and on for about 1-2 years. I also have been staff on several other smaller servers, whether they were PvP or survival orientated, though, I do not have the IPs because they have most likely shut down. On those smaller servers, I was either an admin or a head-moderator. I was also apart of a staff team that was known as the Hydrion. I was a coordinator there, whom planned events, but only worked there for about a month as they weren't very productive. I was also apart of a staff team for the server called Marrowick, but it also never started up. I was there for about two months as a head-moderator. As you can see by my experience, I am very knowledgeable of the different aspects of servers and enjoy learning new ones. I have been playing Minecraft for a good while now and have gotten bored of the game-playing aspect, and have come here to apply for a serious staff position (helper). In my eyes, a moderator is someone who does the 'dirty work' of the server. The 'dirty work' of the server meaning that everyone is happy, meaning that the moderators handle the questions in chat, the everyday advertisers, scammers, etc. I believe the most important people on the server are the players, because they are the ones who donate to the server, play on the server, and tell their friends about the server.
- Why I should consider you?:
I believe that you should consider me because I possess the qualities of kindness, helpfulness, friendliness, and knowledgeable. First of all, I am very kind, because I believe that you should treat others the way you want to be treated. That may be a mouthful, but it is the way I live my life in-game and in real-life. Also, I am a very helpful person. Some staff members may not even do their job of trying to help players in-game! Some staff members just hop on the staff train for the perks. Well, I am here to say that I am not that type of person. Next, I am a quite friendly person. I like to get to know the new players and the older players. Some of the older players I know. Moreover, I am very knowledgeable of the general things: plugins, how to handle a situation, punishments, etc. I know these things because of experience, and you know what they say, wise always beats youth. Also, in real life, I am a quite chill person. I don't sweat the small stuff, and I am nice to hang around. I'm never rude to anyone, even if they say I was, because most likely, I was just saying the truth and being a realist. I also think I would be a great staff member because I love getting to know the staff members. These staff members are all on a team, and should not fight. If a problem would arise, I would do my best to cease the situation and help the members get along better. I love making peace with other people and ultimately in the future possibly becoming their friends. Lastly, I inherited a good sense of humor from my parents, meaning if someone were to make a joke in chat, I would laugh, meaning that I'm not always a serious person, and that I am a human being too. I also have advanced grammar as you can probably tell in this application.
- What can you offer to the server?:
What I can offer to the server is to become a staff member that makes server become a better place by fulfilling reports, ceasing people that are rule-breakers, and getting to know the community better. First of all, I will always be active on the server. I dislike staff who are quite inactive and whenever they are online the server, they just don't really do their job, which is laying down the law and helping the players. I would be the complete opposite, meaning I would be active, helpful, and do my job as well as I physically can. I will dedicate a lot of time to enhancing this server and will do my best to improve it's community in a positive way by being nice to the new players and getting to know the older and experienced players. I also am passionate about stopping advertisers, hackers, and any rule-breaker out there. I believe that everyone should have a fair chance on the server, meaning that he/she isn't always being targeted by the same person, or possibly being targeted by the same person whom is a hacker. I would stop these rule-breakers as quick as I could so that our loyal players wouldn't leave. After all, the players are the key factor to keep a server running.

Though, recently I had taken a break from applications and I have just started back up again, and this is one of the first servers I have applied for so far. I enjoy seeing servers grow and become popular, as I also see people mature in this process.
Can you do what is expected of you?: I can do what is expected of me, unless there is some type of personal tragedy in my life, which is most likely not going to happen any time soon. You can also trust that I will be dedicated because I usually do not play on any other Minecraft servers besides the ones that I work for, thus leaving me with a lot of free-time to dedicate to one Minecraft server, which means that I can most likely get done what is expected of me in a reasonable time frame.

Stress actually helps me work faster at the task at hand, because it gives me more motivation to complete the task. I love the moment whenever a team and I finish a task, and we all give ourselves feedback on how we did after the completion of the task.
