Novemia: ip address 158.69.97.246:25565
Novemia is a vanilla survival server, all stuff is 100% legit vanilla survival, except we have a villager in Shoptown that sells command blocks for 10 diamond blocks each, which are used for tp blocks for players. Expensive but a nice convenience, and not so bad once you have fortune 3 on your pick.
Novemia is a longterm server, no planned map resets till November of 2017, we've been on this map since last November, so the current map is about 2.5 months old now. Lots to explore! We have about 40 people currently on our whitelist, and in a week, you're likely to meet at least 30 of the 40 players on the whitelist. Pretty active, but there are still times when only 2-3 online, which is why I'm gonna recruit for the next 3 days to fix that, more fun with more players online!
We are a mature server , and everyone is really nice and honest! We are working on our 3rd year of being consistantly up, first 2 years was on Realms, then we moved to a private server, less lag, and more players on whitelist and online at one time, but mostly is more stable and alot less laggy!
Players are asked to find their own build location, where no other player is in sight, less potential lag in the longterm, if areas aren't loaded if a player isn't online, along with their redstone stuff and passive mobs, also makes nether portals link up easier and mineshafts don't run into each other.
Typical rules apply: No griefing or Stealing! Zero Tolerance, I work hard to protect everyone on the server, so it feels as if they have the same security of a single player world, but multiplayer. Encourages big builds and complex builds. Truly epic builds tend to be plentiful on our server!
The main thing I struggle with is finding longterm players that stick around, very often I recruit, but 2-3 weeks later, people just disappear, probably the nature of this system, since the longterm frequent players stick to servers they are already on, and only look for new servers if their server shuts down.
On Novemia, each player has their own build location, and we have 1 community build area (so far, more planned!). The community area we have so far is called ShopTown, an island in which players build a shop and sell some stuff to other players, is a really successful area and we have a REALLY nice economy going with that so far (most charge diamonds for stuff). Though as this map progreesses will do more and more community builds! Alot of stuff is done by suggestions, we like to talk things over as a group, and then do what everyone prefers!
I hope to add 4-5 players, in hopes of getting several longterm players (hopefully!).

Very sorry MrCupcakes43, we are a mature server, with mostly all adults, youngest we typically accept is 15 or 16 years old, this way any conversations we have aren't inappropriate around younger players. Very sorry.
