You could try this:
Open NVIDIA Control Panel
Go to Manage 3D Settings
Add both Java.exe and Javaw.exe to the list and make them use High Performance Nvidia Card.
(I always add both Java.exe and Javaw.exe just incase it didn't work)
Nvidia Control Panel might also auto detect Minecraft which makes you not needing to add Java.exe and Javaw.exe
(Ignore this solution if you have already tried this method)

Did you turn off everything that had to do with Anti-Aliasing and Anisotropic filtering?

You get lag if you have slow internet.
Try closing other programs which are using internet.
