We've just set up a Flat world with a free block store so you can get all your building materials there.
Keep in mind however that there are two inventory networks on my server:
Build - this network consists of build world and flat world.
Survival - this network consists of central world and mining world.
Builders only have the power to change their gamemode in the build network. (you cannot take gamemodes between networks either.)

My computer decided to switch power plans on me and turned itself off. The server is up again now though.
