A texture pack takes hundreds of hours to complete. What on earth makes you think that anyone would take the time to make one for someone who comes in here with only four posts to his name and asks for one? I'm genuinely curious as to where you get your sense of entitlement. Please, tell me.
If I made you a pack, and I'm not going to, that would be for me to decide.
This isn't even possible to do with a texture pack alone. A mod is required. Go find and install one.
This is easy enough to do yourself. Just swap the two textures in your terrain.png.
Loads of packs have guns for bows. Go find one and use it. Likewise, most packs have re-textured mobs. Since you didn't give any specifics, I'm going to assume you aren't picky so again, go find a pack that's to your liking and use it.
If I already had a pack like this I would have published it and it would be in the Texture Packs section. Perhaps you've been there. I know I'm kinda beating a dead horse here but why not just go and find a pack you like, download it, and use it?
