Im looking for a small server, not hamachi, to join, and use as a lets play. I am also willing to join an existing lets play.
I am looking for a 1.8+ server, either on craftbukkit or vanilla.

Hey forum, I started a vanilla server with some buddies of mine. The server uses hamachi, if you dont know what that is, just type in hamachi is your search engine. Anyway, lets talk turkey.
We use skype to voice chat. If you dont have a mic for your computer, please consider getting one. Mine only cost me 15 bucks, and I got it from fred myers.

Read the whole thread or use the Search function for specific questions which have already been asked and answered before posting on there. After that feel free to debate on communism explaining what you had said in your posts that: 1) If, how, or why any of those countries (USSR and co. were communist OR Socialist) and 2) The impossibility of communism. Feel free to ask or argue on mostly anything else concerning communism in that thread but only after reading and/or checking that your question/argument has not already been answered or asked by someone else (you can continue arguing on that point after that).
Capitalism's ideals and the reality of capitalism are two very different things. Corruption runs rampant. That's why a mixed economy is ideal. That way the fine working class people get the standard of living they deserve. Currently that is not the case.

Depends on your definition of rights. I wish America had gone the path that FDR envisioned. But alas, we didn't.
I'm a good old fashioned capitalist. If you want a job, and economic stability, you should earn it. You should not expect the state to do everything for you.
What I'm suggesting is a mixed economy which has government regulations in place to protect the rights of it's citizens. A lot of countries are already using this system and more are moving toward it.

Yes but consider what it could be if the wealth was distributed more evenly. If you compare the standard of living of the poor to the standard of living of the rich, the poor are basically serfs... working in the businesses of the rich "kings". We use different labels now but it's basically the same.

Sure, what we have is better now. But the distribution of power/wealth is still just as skewed. You can't argue that billionaires live like kings. If we look at it from a standard of living perspective the billionaires of today are actually richer than kings. And if you have that much money you're basically above the law. That isn't how it is supposed to be but it's true. Just look at the life of Donald Trump.
Standard of living in america is amazing. You're just being cynical.
Depends on how you look at it. If you look at the statistics for the richest people in the world and consider how much political influence they have (in terms of campaign donations and lobbying) they fall just short of Kings.
