How much progress did we even make on Caer in SMP?
I have been told that one of my friends joined this server as a half-species. So, is it possible that i can choose that?
I'll come up with a good backstory hopefully to go along with the half-species.
Is it possible to become a sort of loner (no allegiance, not even to being a bandit)? Or, what is the closest? What would my profession be?
EDIT: On a totally unrelated note, i just noticed earlier, instead of saying 'carpenter' on my profile, it said 'The Meaning of Life, The Universe, and Everything'.

And right after i finish the Hitchiker's first three books.
As in, yesterday.

Wow, this looks like the best server ever. I'm going to read everything thoroughly, which will take a while since i'm doing other stuff at the moment. it actually looks like a good read, if showing signs of being a bit messy.

best RP server I've ever been on, because of virtually no lag. ALL OF YOU MUST JOIN.
I can't be on for another few days due to low internet usage left. Hopefully I haven't been griefed.
Admins, there is an annoying cobble house obscuring the entrance to the Thorn Shrine, last time i checked. It appeared 2 days after I joined. If it is still there, then the user has not been on for around 2 weeks. Could an admin please remove it if it is still there? (Honestly, it was a really dumb place to build, 2 blocks from my entrance)
To get there, you have to head towards the sunrise past the Mountain of Memories. there is another fortress beside it, quite literally 5 blocks away, lol.
(I choose an area far away from any other builds, and suddenly it's cramped, lol)

anyway, i was wondering, is there a map for the server? i would really like to see a map of the place before choosing where to 'live'.

it's an alright map. i didn't get the most out of it since the 1.5 update broke EVERY ladder you'd put in. even the normal ones in the houses, not just the challenges. anyway, i gotta say, you placed a LOT of monster spawners everywhere. i mean, c'mon, 2 in a room? and another thing that took me a long time to figure out was how you were meant to use the levers. You didn't say we had to use them to open the iron doors, so yeah. but overall, a good map, and so far i've only found a block of ice, and a single obsidian block.
Anyway, so I was trying to recreate an old map of mine from a seed I retrieved from the seed scope, and when I put it in it definitely didn't put me anywhere near my old spawn. I walked a few steps ahead, and found an epic mountain range, perfect for... anything really. a great map to use.

How can you benefit the server?: Definitely the building aspect. I can build safe havens/outposts for people to use, expand the cities, and maybe become a mod if i like the server enough to stay.
Why do you want to join OriginCraft?: I like vanilla servers, and the idea of cooperative towns, and this looks like an organized mix.

EDIT: The only other mod i use is INVedit (outside of minecraft, not in-game)
Also, what on Minecraftia is 'atlantis mode'? what does that do?
