To be fair, the fact they got this mod working at all in 1.12.2 with all the new block model stuff is pretty freakin' impressive.

msbggem_mc posted a message on Dynmap - Dynamic web-based maps for MinecraftPosted in: Minecraft ModsDoes anyone know if there is an addon that would limit a player's visibility based on a permission? So without giving them the dynmap hide command, they would disappear off the map if the permission was negated?
Example of usage: Making a large maze, adding a region-specific permission to hide the player off the map when they are within the region?

user-100121522 posted a message on Dynmap - Dynamic web-based maps for MinecraftPosted in: Minecraft ModsThanks you for this, it seems to work well.
Another dynmap extention which I cant find anywhere and would really love is having it add markers automatically for each nether portal in the nether & overworld. Do you think this could be done?

I do support the decision to rather focus on things that can improve you in real life, but the question is if Azanor is willing to pass the torch. There are alot of people still playing and modding minecraft who would gladly continue with the development and support of thaumcraft, but that is for Azanor to decide.
For as far as I know, Azanor has already transferred his mod into the custody of some trusted mod developers and community members.
I believe that the plan for now is nothing more than fixing bugs and porting to other Minecraft versions, if and when there is enough time available.
For now, I am more than happy enough with this.
But it would be cool if, one day, a person or team with a very similar vision to Azanor's could take over the mod's development and add/change awesome content in the way that Azanor used to do. :'( -

Just so you know. It is very possible that a "next patch" may never come or at least not for a long while.

Mineshopper posted a message on Carpenter's BlocksPosted in: Minecraft ModsThanks for the suggestion. I am fine working alone and apart, especially since I don't get a lot of time to work on the mod lately. I put together a new workspace for 1.13.2, and as usual almost everything is broken. But, most of the errors seem to be related to Forge this time around.
