I recently sent out my resume to some large server hosts for the position of customer support type jobs. I got a response back and I am having an interview soon.
My question is what should I be expecting from the interview and what should I do to prepare? This is my first time applying to one of these types of jobs and I just want to make a lasting impression, as well as know what I'm getting myself into.

Server type: Bukkit; With different gamemodes but main focus on Survival.
Server is in Development currently.
I am looking for a good team to help me build my server up, including construction, plugins, coordination and everything else. I can run the back end and maintain the marketing and the rest of the tasks, but I need a team to be in server helping me out with the rest. I need:
3 Regular builders & 2 Head builders (captains)
Construct and create amazing structures and visuals for the server and it's players. You will be expected to complete projects that are given to use as well as coming up with your own ideas.
If interested please post some examples of your work!
2 Plugin Editors & Developers
Make sure the server is working properly and set up any game-types and extras we need.
If you are a plugin developer please provide an example of your work.
3 Mods & 1 Head Mod (Captain)
Make sure there is no misconduct within the server and maintain server protocol.
All mods will start out as builders and if over time you prove yourself trustworthy then we will promote you to moderator when the time comes.
1 Co-owner position
I am looking for one more Co-owner who has a variety of skills they can bring to the table.
Skills must include: Console and FTP familiarity, decent with plugin management, good at thinking of ideas and following through with them, good at customer service, and a proficient builder.
This position is earned not given.
In order to fill any spot listed above you must meet a few requirements:
1. Have at least 6 months experience.
2. Be available at least 10 hours a week.
3.18+ for co-owner and 16+ for Dev positions all others are 14+ (be mature)
4. Have to be a team player and willing to take direction.

I started playing minecraft back in 2011 and I play on average around 1-4 hours a day. Position applying for:
Co-Owner Skills & Qualifications:
I have experience with managing a server's technical side such as FTP, plugin management and configuration, and backups/rollbacks.
I have experience with the biggest plugins out there such as worldedit, PEX, lockette, lwc, multiverse, voxel, coreprotect, as well as lots of others.
I feel that I am great with dealing with people and want to focus my efforts on guaranteeing a great server experience.
I have worked on different building projects and although it isn't my greatest strength I feel that I am an adequate builder as well. Short Bio:
I started my server experience as a co-owner of this server. After over a year the server owner took the server in a direction that I didn't have much interest in. (prison/drug server) I sadly had to step down from my position and moved on. Since then I have worked on random builds and projects and even started my own server. Which can be found here. I eventually shut that down because my work schedule got to busy but I recently quit my job and am now looking to kick start a new server.
The reason I am applying for Co-owner over other positions is because I feel that I have a variety of skills that go beyond just one job. I like to wear many hats and work with people in those areas.
If you are looking for someone that can help you run the server side of things then I am your guy.
