    Um, no, my computer did not ran out of memomry, infact it did not lag at all, olny minecraft itself lagged to hellhole or stoped responding at all. This olny happend after i went to the nether, in overworld i had no lag at all, even on max setting. Also i cant play the map at all, minecraft will just crash or "disconect" me after few seconds.

    (heh, i used "at all" a lot)


    Anyway im running windows 7 (64bit)

    AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor 3.50GHz

    8GB of ram


    EDIT: i monitored minecrafts ram usage with windows task manager (i asume its jawaw.exe proces) it seems to peak out at about 1.4 GB before crashing, so i gues that it (for some weird reason) cant acces more memory

    I have build a nether portal in my singleplayer world and went troutgh. A few seconds after i steped out of the portal the game started lagging, so i restarted it. When i loaded the map, all but 4 obsidian blocks of the portal were gone, the lag went from bad to insane in mere seconds, then i got "connection lost" error and ended up in server list (i was playing SINGLEplayer, mind you). I tryed teleporting/ killing my character using console to get out (since the portal got partialy deleted) but the game either frozes up or i get disconected (from singleplayer? what, seriously).


    game version is 1.8.4 (NOT beta)

    no mods

    Id prefer if the command blocks just stoped spawning after there are 250 mobs in the area - asuming that its posible to do. And automated killing of mobs by lighting once they cross the red line would be cool too.

    As for the circles - i used MSpaint.

    Basicaly i have set up command block minecards to spawn spiders - problem is they spawn them contunuously no matter how many spiders there are. Witch causes lag.

    So i need help with setting them up the right way.

    The way i need them to work is little (a lot) complicated:

    max number of spiders in area between red and black circle should be 250 (and kept at that number by command block spawns)

    all spiders that get closer to the tower than the red circle should be insta-killed by lighting

    document and data/c.program files but i have my minecraft on descorp- launch icon and folder

    Assuming you DON'T:

    1: With the window you want to screenshot open, press the 'print screen' (sometimes abreviated as 'PRNT SCRN' or even 'prt scr') button on your keyboard. The cursor should flash for a split second, if not your computer likely just took the screenshot that fast.

    2:Load paint and press ctrl+v. The image should be pasted into paint. If not, redo step 1 and try again.

    3: Save the image to a location on your computer, the desktop will work if you don't intend on holding onto it afterwards.

    4: Go to an image host website (I use photobucket or imageshack myself, but you need an account to get a direct link, I know of no others off the top of my head) and upload the image

    5: Copy the DIRECT link and paste it into your reply. use ['img']['/img'] (minus the ' ') to display it in your posts on forums.

    6: type the rest of what you have to say and send away.

    Is it a brand new Minecraft on your computer or just install it? Regardless, try making a new world, then Save and Quit and check again by going to run %AppData% if win7 or AppData for XP (I believe?). It might be there now. If not just create a 'saves' folder yourself and deposit it inside.

    doesnt work if i create new world no saves apear anywhere and if i create it the game wil not reackt on it im on XP and yes i was playing minecraft before
