"Mojang is directly infringing one or more claims of the ’067 patent in this judicial
district and elsewhere in Texas, including at least claim 107, without the consent or authorization
of Uniloc, by or through making, using, offering for sale, selling and/or importing Android based
applications for use on cellular phones and/or tablet devices that require communication with a
server to perform a license check to prevent the unauthorized use of said application, including,
but not limited to, Mindcraft."
I mean, if the fools can't even spell "Minecraft" properly, that means one of two things:
1. They can't afford to proofread their documents
2. They don't know their facts.
Either way, they're most likely just being stupid. If this was true, all Android apps that have some sort of user authentication (Facebook, Twitter, eBay, etc etc) would violate this patent. Considering how widespread authentication systems are on Android devices, this patent was probably filed by some jerk who wants to get money out of everyone. Anyone got any info on how recent the patent is? -

This is why we tend to write our own these days. After fifty pages of riddles and guesses, you tend to run out of the well known ones and their variations.
Also, a similar riddle the the coffin one is this:
He who makes it knows it.
He who takes it knows it not.
An honest man who knows it gives it not.
Invented by my old friend Kaos, which has the answer of 'counterfeit goods/money'.
Now... back to jokrage's one, I suppose

(Oh, and, a box can simply be interpreted as any container, so it does work)
A noun, eh...
I need to think a bit more...

I'm more interested in the line about 31 than the others... hmm...

Back to the matter at hand. The riddle.
Might it be buildings?

Now... as to jokrage's riddle...

A certain line, bent in shape.
Rather self-explanatory.
Most unusual, akin to drape.
Referring to how it is unusual compared to other mathematical functions, and the bottom portion of the bat wings hang like drapes, much like the bottom of a cloak or curtains.
Once an icon, now a tool,
It's Batman's very own icon, but a teacher from... oh, bother, I've forgotten where... used it as a tool to show his students what you can do with math; it became an educational tool.
Once a symbol, now a rule.
The first part is basically a repeat of the thing about it being Batman's icon/symbol. The second part refers to how the function that comprises it is a mathematical rule. All points which satisfy the rule are plotted on a graph, forming the Bat-symbol.
Invented twice instead of once;
Invented once as the Bat-Symbol. Invented a second time as a mathematical function, as a pure structure of numbers.
Burnéd devil hunts in silence.
The "burned" refers to how burned things are black (and gee, I wonder what color Batman is ), devil is a reference to how bats used to be thought of as devils or evil things, especially vampire bats (so Batman becomes the 'burned devil', or the 'black bat'), and Batman hunts (criminals) in (mostly) silence.
Clear enough?
They match just find, thankyou very much.

Alright, normal rules starting now, guys. Go forth and solve jokrage's riddle
Yes, it's often said that the solution is the far too often overlooked first thought when it comes to my riddles
