Had a few friends confirm it to happen on their computers as well, each of us with a different graphics card. Will have to ask them if they also have AMD or not.

Found an error with the latest digimobs. No clue if it's just my computer that has this issue or not.
Using shaders (any) with Digimobs (using optifine 1.12.2_HD_U_E3) causes a crash from stack overflow with the code:
net.optifine.shaders.Shaders.resetDisplayListModelRenderer(Shaders.java:2448)
Disabling Digimobs causes the error to go away. I tried to use just Digimobs (Most recent), Optifine, and shaders, and the crash persisted.
