Make sure the version you are running in the launcher allocates 2GB of ram instead of 1, that was increased in 1.13.2
The log just says you are connecting to a server that doesnt have the same mods as you
Post the full message,does it show in the LAN menu? or are you connecting to a IP + port?

Disable VBO
Note that you will not be able to play on 1.14 snapshots or future versions due to VBO being always forced to ON and Intel not releasing any update to fix their driver
The error seems to be with twilight forest. Remove it from the mods folder of .minecraft
Download and install the drivers from https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-570

Remove CraftPresence, and the error would have been caused by spaces in your usernames or having Cygwin installed, not a corrupt windows installation
You have a 32 bit PC or only 2 cores? Can you post a dxdiag?
