posted a message on My Custom pack breaks and I don't know why

I'm trying to create a custom pack for myself but it always breaks. Honestly, I just want the steak hunger bar from faithful. I changed my entire icon file to a 512 x 512 to work with the faithful textures and edited them to my liking. However, when I try to add it to the rest of my pack, none of the textures work and go to default. I have no idea why this happens. I've troubleshot a lot and narrowed it down to icons. I tried changing the widgets file to 512 incase the files clash but that didn't work. I assume it has to do with the pixels but I don't know how to fix it. The base texture pack I used was §b§l1.14 §r§bdefault textures or better known as the one TimeDeo uses. If anyone has any ideas or knows why this happens, please help!

posted a message on i need a pack that makes wearing pumpkins bearable please. does anyone know of a good one?

You can edit your favorite texture pack fairly easy. Just download Paint.net, which is free, have WinRAR, which I would recommend to have anyways, and open your texture pack's folder. Go to Minecraft>textures>misc and there should be something titled "pumpkinblur". Once you find that, open it with paint.net. Once you're in, do crtl + a then delete. This should clear the entire texture so there is nothing in the way, just like without a pumpkin. You can edit it to something you like with paint.net. Honestly, having WinRAR is a must, and having paint.net will allow you to make edits to texture packs in the future. If you want, you can make a whole pack personalize for yourself.
