We a political lands similar to Stoneworks but with a focus on a decent more community driven server without ranks that provide special privileges to those that have them.
Available Staff Roles Overview
Manager:
- Oversees server hardware, staff operations, and overall management.
Administrator:
- Assists Managers with server development and technical operations.
Senior Moderator:
- Oversees decisions by Moderators and ensures consistency.
Anything above Moderator requires some sort of experience and or refrence.
Moderator:
- Handles rule enforcement, assists players, and maintains server order.
Probationary Moderator:
- Trial rank for new moderators; handles basic moderation duties.
Other Staff Positions:
- Builder: Creates and improves server builds.
- Build Team Leader: Leads the Builder team and manages building projects.
What is the Server's Status?
Lavacast Network is already set up with a fully functioning multiserver setup that supports Bedrock players. Here are some highlights of our infrastructure: Domains: Fully configured and ready to go. Hardware:
- Storage: 2 x 512GB SSDs running in RAID for speed and reliability.
- Memory: 32GB of high-performance RAM.
- Processor: Intel Core i7-8700 for smooth and efficient server performance.

- Minecraft Server Management: Successfully managed servers with player counts ranging from small communities to 500 active players at once.
- Technical Expertise: Years of experience in web programming, server development, and managing complex hardware and software stacks.
Hello Minecraft Enthusiasts! We are excited to announce that we are now recruiting dedicated individuals to join our server staff team. Below you will find the roles we are looking to fill along with the responsibilities associated with each role.
🛠️ Builders:
Duties:
Construct server landscapes, buildings, and other structures in line with our server theme.
Work closely with the admin and moderation team to ensure cohesion in design and functionality.
Assist in troubleshooting any build-related issues that may arise.
Uphold and maintain a high standard of craftsmanship, ensuring all builds are completed to the best possible standard.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Minecraft building and the use of related plugins/tools (e.g., WorldEdit).
A portfolio showcasing your previous builds.
Creativity and an eye for detail.
👮 Moderators:
Duties:
Maintain a safe and respectful server environment by enforcing server rules and guidelines.
Assist players with any issues or conflicts that may arise.
Coordinate with administrators and other staff members to report and manage any server issues or bugs.
Actively engage with the community to foster a positive and inclusive space.
Requirements:
Previous moderation experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient and diplomatic approach to conflict resolution.
🤝 Helpers:
Duties:
Assist new players in understanding server rules, mechanics, and features.
Answer player questions and provide assistance with in-game issues.
Report any bugs, glitches, or server issues to the relevant staff members.
Be a friendly and approachable figure within the community.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of our server and its features.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to help others.
A positive and friendly demeanor.
🛑 Administrators:
Duties:
Oversee the operation and management of the server, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gameplay experience for all players.
Lead the staff team, providing direction, and setting goals for the server’s growth and development.
Collaborate with other staff members to implement new server features, updates, and improvements.
Handle high-level server issues, including security breaches, severe bugs, and other critical issues.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Technical proficiency with Minecraft server management and related tools/plugins.
A proactive and responsible approach to server management.
