    But I've actually looked at later MC versions, and they seem more capable, so if/when the mod is re-created for the new versions then there may be more possibility.


    Yeah, I was wondering about how that would be done, especially 1.9's new combat mechanics. While an updated version seems far into the future, it could still be worthwhile to see how the mod might develop and add things in preparation.

    That would be nice, Minefantasy 2 is fun, but lacks the hardcore feel that I know and love. Obviously it your choice, but I would love it if I could play MF 1 on 1.7

    Hey AP, I've been trying to learn modding and found out I'm fairly decent at texturing, if you need any simple items or blocks (1 texture on all sides only) I'd be happy to help, though I'd need to know what the resolutions for the spears and such are. I know it's not much, but I'd like to offer whatever help I can, limited though it may be.

    hm.. could make slimes drop all kinds of things really...

    Was thinking of making guts drop when minotaurs kill you with a gore or beserk. just to make it seem a bit more deadly.


    1. That's what I was thinking, they could have guts, bones, hides, rotten flesh and low durability (partially dissolved) low tier tools (low tier for balancing, and because a mythium clad warrior is unlikely to be taken down by a slime)
    2. That seems like a nice touch, one of those little things that make the game feel more immersive. I'm all for it.

    I'd be fine if it was left in, and a little note left in the book about it, something like "Guts also drop from slimes, it's best not to ask how they got there

    Are guts intended to drop from slimes, because I find it kind of hilarious. I assume those guts would have come from the last the the slime dissolved (ate).
