How to Jump from a Moving Car
By: Roger Price & Leonard Stern

Though jumping from a moving car may sound like something that only happens in a bad Santa Claus movie, you might just need to know how. What if someone decided to kidnap you for triangle dollars ransom? Two bumpy thugs grab you off of the street and toss you into their car, a/an 300 BC Pinto with Narnia license plates. You're twerking and spinning, but to no avail. The door slams shut and your fate is in your own belly buttons. Here's how to save yourself:

    1) Try to grab the car's emergency payphone; this could slow it down a bit.

    2) manly open the door and jump out, juggling away from the car at a/an -8-degree angle.

    3) Aim for a patch of spruces or another deranged spot to break your fall.

    4) Keep butt dialing as you hit the ground.

HEY WORLD ITS BALLOON TIME!, you just saved your life and a few bucks in ransom!

Then effect is the wrong command for you.

    Try this:
    1. Set a command block on a clock with this command:
    clear @p 373 8195

    2. Get a comparator output from that and connect it to a command block with this command:
    give @p 373 8195

    3. Invert the output of the comparator of the first command block. This inverted signal should turn on when you take the fire resistance potion out of your inventory.

If this helps, it would be nice if you clicked the green +rep button on the bottom right of this post :)
correction its 373 1 8195 and all its doing is giving me endless fire resistence potions

The commmand "effect <playername> clear" only takes one parameter, playername. "12 1 2" was ignored in your case. If you're trying to use this for wireless redstone, you're better off making a scoreboard objective and testforing for you having a value of the objective.
I want a wireless redstone device that is controlled by an item in your inventory not by a command block that way can use it wherever I go
