Didn't get to use this guy at all, so I'll make him a new person.

    Second character

    In Character (IC)

Name: Real name: Trevor Sorrells, Alias: Venom Actual

Faction (Optional): None, he wanders the wastes on his own, unphased by its wrath

How old is your character: 36

How does your character act? He is a very reserved person, not very social at all. He only speaks when absolutely necessary. He has a very short temper and it does not take much antagonizing to make him snap, which he then has been known to hurt people. He is a very intimidating figure, at a height of 6 feet 7 inches not many people will go near him, not even raiders. He has been made a very cold and unforgiving person from his time being battered around in the wastes, it’s best not to cross him.

Does your character have any family or close friends? None at all. He had family, but they perished long ago and it wasn’t a gruesome death, truth be told. They simply could no longer take the inhospitable weather of the wastes and died trekking through the snow, forever buried by its endless expanse.

Is your character educated (Read and write)? He is actually quite a very smart man, but it wouldn’t seem as such from looking at his outward appearance. He can read perfectly and write just as well, although his hand writing isn’t very good. He is a very deep and outward thinker and thinks of much more than what he currently sees in front of him.

Does your character have any special skills or proficiencies? He is a very skilled combatant. His father taught him how to defend himself from an early age. He’s good with ranged and melee weapons, but excels at neither. He has been made a cold, unforgiving person from his time in the wastes which can give him a moral edge, but this can also be a horrible hindrance.

Does your character have any weaknesses? He isn’t one to mine or dig things out. He usually just finds ways to trade for the things he needs. He is alright at building, but anything beyond a small house or hut gets a little complicated.

Does your character hate or fear anything? He has learned to fear nothing, not even death. He has stared death, unblinkingly, in the face more times than he can count. He has become cold and calculating, but this, more than anything, drives people away.

Your character’s story so far (At LEAST 5 paragraphs): Trevor was born in the ruins of an old road side gas station in northern Australia. His family travelled with a small group of around 10 people. They moved from town to town looking to trade and survive. The group never settled down because there was really no reason, the world had gone to and there was no rebuilding.

From an early age Trevor was taught how to defend himself. His dad worked with him on his aim every day to make sure he could hit a target at least 400 meters. His dads close friend taught him how to properly use a knife, if it came down to it. Trevor was helping the family fend off raiders and thieves from as early as 13. It was apparent by then how big Trevor would actually be. At 13 he was 5 feet and 9 inches. Not many people were that tall nowadays.

As the group continually pushed through the wastes, never stopping and not looking for anything in particular, the gradually died off or stayed behind. It was sad really. The group had a good chance when there were 10 of them, but as the numbers slowly dropped the world became a much harsher place. By the time Trevor was 17 it was only him and his parents. They did what the group had always done, roamed. They went and saw the sites of Australia that were amazing things to see before the war like Ayer’s Rock and the Great Barrier Reef, now iced over, but now they were only death traps and crypts.

When Trevor was 23 his parents couldn’t take the constant travelling and the grueling weather. They sat down in the snow at the base of a large rock and Trevor turned around to ask them what was wrong. They simply said we’re done. It’s time to sleep. He nodded at them, turned, and continued on his never ending journey. They were buried underneath the never ending snow and lost in existence.
Trevor never once looked back and never once returned. He’s not even sure he could find the place if he wanted to.

He continues his never ending journey to this day. He doesn’t let anyone get close to him because he doesn’t stay in any town for more than a few days. He is usually left alone by raiders and highway men because of his intimidating size and appearance. He keeps everything he owns in the pack on his back and anything else he needs he trades for with people in the town. He has been dubbed a ghost and a phantom by some. They see his figure roaming the wastes, alone, with his duster fluttering in the snow. If he is ever asked his name he simply says Venom Actual. No one knows if that’s his name of a code of some sort, but no one currently alive knows who he really is.

Provide an example of a role-play situation with some dialog (At least 2 paragraphs):

Trevor is wandering along a broken highway when 3 men slowly approach him.
They hold up weapons and tell him to drop his pack.
Trevor simply stares at each one of them, studying them.
They get closer and wave their guns in his face and he still only stares at them behind his red tinted gas mask.
One gets a little closer and pokes him with his gun.
Trevor swiftly grabs the guns and snaps the man’s arm before dropping the weapon, with a clatter, to the ground.
The others jump back and fire warning shots above him.
Trevor simply looks down at the whimpering man and cocks his head to the side.
The man yells, “What the hell are you looking at?”
“Your dead friends,” and with that he pulled out his pistol and put 2 bullets into each man’s head before they could react.
The man on the ground stared at his lifeless friends dumbfounded and when he turned around to look at Trevor all he saw was the fluttering duster disappear into the blizzard.

Describe what your character looks like and provide a picture of the skin: He wears an M40 gas mask at all times with red tinted lenses, so no one can see his eyes. On his head he wears a cow boy hat to keep him warm and keep off the rain and fallout. He wears a Duster over all of his other clothing, but despite this he is not a Duster. It is simply to keep him warm and dry. Over his Duster he has a military 3-day pack to keep supplies in. Under the duster is a combat tactical vest to carry weapons and ammo, and under that is a camouflage t-shirt. He wears padded, water proof pants to keep him warm and make it easier on his knees when he crouches. He wears combat boots to keep his feet warm and to avoid any complications with his ankles or any other part of his foot.

Started actually doing work with the followers, they never got much love the first time around.

Also you are now aloud to build in the Sydney Slums and the flooded sky scrapers (They are radioactive mind you). The Sydney Slums include office buildings, warehouses, factories, and a dock yard.

By the way, does Sydney have a Metro System/Sewer? Just wondering.

We are in the middle of making one right now actually.
By the way Sydney and it's outskirts are about 3x the size of the original if not more.

For all of you original players you'll be happy to know Sydney is larger and open to everyone, except it's ruled by crime bosses.

This is the standard. It’s my character, so use it for reference.

    In Character (IC)
    Name: TJ Drago

    Faction (Optional): Forelance

How old is your character: 42

How does your character act? He is reserved and keeps to himself. If he can get into an intellectual conversation with someone he will. Not many people in the wastes are educated. He avoids conflict if at all possible, but will defend himself if necessary.

Does your character have any family or close friends? His parents were the head scientists at Forelance during his child hood. They wanted to know what else was out there, so they left and told TJ to stay at the labs and left to explore when he was 16. He hasn’t seen them since. He has a few scientist friends, but otherwise doesn’t converse with many people.

Is your character educated (Read and write)? Yes, he was raised in Forelance Labs, the most concentrated bunker of brilliant minds the world has ever known. He has an IQ of 154 and is the best at working with artificial intelligences or AI.

Does your character have any special skills or proficiencies? He is very good with technology, more specifically AI. He is very smart and can think his way out of most situations and solve multitudes of problems. If he can’t think his way out he can always shoot his way out because all Forelance personnel are taught to defend themselves with firearms. They believe melee weapons are barbaric and unnecessary.

Does your character have any weaknesses? He is very smart and cannot see the point of view of some less intelligent people and therefore gets in trouble occasionally due to it. He isn’t very good with melee weapons either.

Does your character hate or fear anything? He fears finding his parents dead of in a raider slave camp. He loved them and continues to search the wastes for them to this day.

Your character’s story so far (At LEAST 5 paragraphs): Trevor Jason Drago was born August 16, 2195 in Forelance Laboratories to Jack and Samantha Drago. From his birth his parents knew he was smart. He said his first word and was up and walking at 6 months. He solved puzzles meant for toddlers at 1 and continued to show signs of high intelligence. When he turned 5 his parents gave him his first IQ test, he scored a 126. For 5 years old he was phenomenally smart. He would fit right in among the bright minds at Forelance.

By the time he was 10 his parents could see what he would eventually become most interested in. He had created his own basic artificial intelligence. It was a small robot than wandered around and avoided obstacles. 10 year olds generally are playing with cars, not building robots. His dad was a physicist and showed TJ everything that he could comprehend. Newton’s laws were to simple for him and as TJ read more into physics he became to like astro-physics much more. He was interested in the universe, but had no real way to study it. He had only really seen the sky in pictures because no one had ever taken him outside.

When TJ turned 13 his dad took him down to the man in charge of defense in Forelance, John Brandy, who taught him how to use a firearm to defend himself. TJ was very clever and found better ways to shoot using his environment. He became notorious for using geometry to use ricochets to hit hi targets. Once TJ was proficient with firearms his father decided it was time to take him outside of the Forelance vault for the first time in his life. TJ was astonished at how the outside world looked. Most of the pictures showed a nice hospitable place, but this, this wasteland was nothing but a frozen hell. He father took him around the area outside of the bunker and let him shoot some local wildlife, but he didn’t dare eat the irradiated flesh. Once TJ had his fill they descended back into the vault and TJ wouldn’t come back to the surface for years to come.

Now that TJ had been outside his mom, being a chemist and botanist, thought it was time she should teach him how to grow food out there. He already knew how to hunt for it, so all he needed to learn was how to farm in the frozen tundra. It turned out he didn’t really have the green thumb and farming really bored him. After trying to get him into chemistry and botany multiple times his mother gave up and let him pursue his love for AI.

He created his first fully functioning AI at 15. The AI was yellow was a small monitor as its head and it was almost 2 meters tall. It was capable of recognizing different entities and acknowledging their presence. It mostly wandered around trying to find things to occupy itself. TJ could never get the AI to speak, but it still somehow understood him. Now that TJ had created one AI he had to create another. His 2nd was a full meter taller and silver with one big red eye to view with. It was made to replace human defenses and was tested repeatedly on hostile entities. It was very tough and killed most enemies in 1 or 2 blows, but it was oddly friendly and tender with the people or Forelance. It had even been spotted giving gifts it found around the labs to the children of Forelance.

When TJ turned 16 his parents gave him a party in the cafeteria with some of his friends. They had cake and congratulated him on his accomplishments. After it was over and everyone had gone his parents approached him and told him to follow. He followed them to their room and sat down on one of the beds. They told him that they were tired of the boring life here and were going to explore the outside world for civilization. He was devastated and watched silently as they both climbed up the ladder in their biohazard suits and carrying their backpacks full of supplies. From then on he was a very reserved person who only talked to a select few people.

After 4 years he decided enough was enough and left to look for his parents. A generous friend gave him an old map of the area with Forelance marked on it, so he could always find his way back. He set off in one of the same suits his parents were wearing with a gas mask on and went to look for them. In the 8 years since he has left Forelance he has found no sign of them. He periodically returns to Forelance to do work here and there and to check up on his people. He has been all over Australia by this point and met many different people and cultures. He continues his search, but the need to find them dwindles by the day.

(Since the end of the last server) TJ has been searching for his parents for 14 years. After 4 he essentially gave up, assuming the worst and attempting to move on, but 2 years later he got a lead that might have proven worth while. After following the trail for 6 months he was eventually lead into an awful ambush by a raider clan. He barely escaped with his life and found sanctuary in a town called Smithington, where they mended his wounds and helped him recover. The ambush left him with a large gash across his left eye, leaving him partially blind. After he was well enough to travel again he set out to find a place far away from the chaos to call his own. He settled on a small island on the south side of Australia named Drago's Isle. He still resides there to this day, but no one has seen him in over 7 years.

Provide an example of a role-play situation with some dialog (At least 2 paragraphs): “I have been stalking the group of pigs since sunup. They won’t move near any of the wooded areas around here and as long as they stay in these plains I won’t be able to get a shot off without startling all of them. I’ll wait a little while longer then head back to my camp. This is starting to me off.”
A rustling sound is heard behind TJ.
TJ rolls over and looks up the hill at a raider crouched, ready to jump down onto him. He quickly puts two shots into the raiders chest with is AR-15 and stands up. He slowly approaches the grove where the raider was hiding and 2 more pop out. TJ rolls to the left and shoots both of them twice in the chest.
“Where the hell did they come from?” TJ whispers to himself.
TJ hadn’t heard the forth raider sneaking up behind him and the raider grabbed him around the throat, choking him.
TJ struggled to get the knife from his leg pocket, but the raider caught his hand before he could.
When the raider moved his hand to stop TJ from getting the knife he left himself open. TJ swung his other arm around and struck the raider in the throat, staggering him backward. TJ recovered and swung around catching the raider in his bowed head.
The raider staggered backward and TJ kicked him in the chest, sending him tumbling down the hill into the grazing pigs sending them running. TJ then proceeded to shoot the raider three times.
“Well there goes my dinner.” TJ packed up his gear, adjusted his gas mask, and walked back to his camp in the setting sun.

Describe what your character looks like and provide a picture of the skin: He doesn’t look like most scientists. He is always wearing his gas mask to filter the dust and grim from the air. He wears an insulated white biohazard jacket and pants to keep himself warm and hidden in the wastes.
