Hey, why is the TARDIS so messed up? I went to my old world, typed in RegenTardis, but I keeping getting a message saying that i need to be in the TARDIS when I am! Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong? Are you now required to spawn a new world?

Anyways, the library is a complicated thing. It is such a massive planet that would be a pain to build and then to look nice. It is essentially just endless buildings of bookcases, not much else to it. Then there is the fact that the Vashta Nerada is not a defeatable enemy, the Doctor bargined with them to get off the planet but I doubt that would ever work again.
So basically the library has become this pointless place that if the Doctor ever visits it again....he would surely die.
When doing features I go through this whole thought process of how much work is involved in a feature, how novelty the feature is, does it make sense for the Doctor to visit it again, would it look good.
When you really think about it, the fact that the Library is a massive planet of the same buildings over and over and over and over and there are a million billion of intellagable undefeatable organisms that eat your flesh in under a second. Its just endless bookshelves.
It may look nice at first and be fun to explore for like an hour but then people would be bored and likely never visit the planet again.
If we chose to do the Library we could easily build a few schematics then just use one of our custom systems to autogen them all over the planet but again...it would be a flashy thing with no real substance to it.
I like to think that the best things in Doctor Who like the Vashta Narada should be left untouched. I would never like another epsiode involving the vashta narada as it would likely ruin those two episodes and the creepiness involved with them just as Moffat has essentially ruined what made the Weeping Angels so great. He changed their MO so many times and how they function that they just became a charicature of themself.
