[fail]So I just beat Minecraft. The final guy is pretty hard. It's not Herobrine if you are wondering, but I don't want to spoil it, it's a pretty big plot twist[/fail].
Minecraft has no plot.
I see that the Black Smoke monster hasn't paid you a visit, yet. Don't worry, once you find the Void source it'll come and throw you into the story.
What I liked most was the level where you have to defend the giant, underwater mall from zombie attack, just before the creeper-riding-skeletons come and flood the place. I still can't get the achievement for finding all 14 super-shovels in the second stage!
Oh, and PROTIP/Spoiler! Herobrine is actually an escaped X-24 agent, and you can save him from assassination if you find him early enough. Go to the Infested Ruins on the fourth day and mine straight down from the temple mount, where the Chicken Lord spawns. Give him a Crafting Bench, a mushroom, and a picture of Notch's head, and he'll join your party. Just WATCH OUT, if your karma level is an odd number, he may decide to dismember you with a cheese grater.
