Suggestions: New spells are always welcome! Anything to spice up the towny aspect of the server would be nice too, but it's definitely nice to play as-is. Maybe titles for ranks within towns? Even if they just show up in tc, but I'm not sure that's something you guys do or if its someone elses plugin.
