    There used to be one called Bookz but it's no longer updated. For 1.7+ you can use Multiplayer Book Paster, an external program. It will automatically split a long text into pages that can be pasted into Minecraft. The downside to this is that it can only import text. It cannot edit existing text within book and quills. So, what I do is create and save my text in a separate text editor, paste it into Multiplayer Book Paster to split it into pages, then use its Paste to Minecraft function. But I only do this when I'm about to sign the book, since it will still be a pain to edit any text that's already in Minecraft.

    Variable PICKUPID in event onPickupItem always returns 0. (I'm guessing because it's stored as an int, and the new item id's are strings.) PICKUPITEM can be used, but it gives the item name with the first letter in uppercase; this is inconsistent with the new item ids that have all lowercase letters.

    Thanks MamiyaOtaru for maintaining the minimap. The hostile mob radar is very helpful in that mobs that are far below or above you get faded to black. But is it possible to fade them out to transparency, instead?

    This is exactly the kind of server I, too, am looking for. Many Factions servers have plugins like mcmmo, but the only gameplay plugin I like is Factions. I also don't like in-game purchases disguised as benefits for "donations". Please tell me if there is a server like this.

    They're part of their own language called regex, which is used to match text with patterns.
    Regex info
    Regex Reference
    Specifically, in regex, ^.+? will match the first chain of characters at the beginning of any string.
    This match can then be extracted and manipulated.

    Oh man, I had 'Activate bind menu without sneak' enabled all these years...I've only discovered buttons relatively recently so I thought you had to activate it's gui with sneak+grave.

    I meant the button activation screen. %GUI% tells me it's called 'macroplayback'. But the GUI() function won't accept that.

    I've bound this script to my mouse1 and tested it successfully on many blocks. The problem is with the pickaxe and axe conditionals which use more than ten ||OR operators; The script will parse to the tenth || and then move on from that conditional, it seems.
    So using this script on the first ten blocks listed in the pickaxe conditional will switch to my pickaxe and log "pickaxe", but won't for HITID 28 or any IDs listed in that conditional beyond. Same goes for the axe conditional with HITID 72 and beyond.
    I am not a programmer, so I'm not sure if it is understood that you can only have ten || operators in a conditional...or something like that. Or maybe I am going about scripting this the wrong way and there is a more stable way to perform this?

    On a side note, is there another way to display the Buttons GUI besides SNEAK+GRAVE? I'm doing a toggle-sneak so my actual sneak key is the pagedown key.
