Sep 18, 2013@LoRaM100, I think I'd seriously lock this thread and delete all but the first page since you seem to be answering the same questions hundreds of times. Would save you a lot of headaches.Posted in: Minecraft Mods

Finally got it to work, it is finding WorldEdit now....
For those still having issues getting SPC to work :
* Download Q3hardcore's version of SPC (World edit v 5.0) You can find his post on page 1426 (post 28506)
* Copy all folders/.class files to your minecraft jar (in .minecraft/versions/profilename/profinename.jar
* Copy the WorldEdit.jar in .minecraft/mods/spc folder
Note that : http://www.mediafire...nstallation.pdf was very helpfull figuring it out
It is already forge compatible. and download Q3harcore's version as stated above.
Thanks for your instructions. I at least got SPC installed and not crashing minecraft. Doesn't work, though my problem may be that I'm running minecraft portably (even though forge and every other mod works just fine). I'll try again at home on the standard install.
And @LoRaM100, there's a reason this thread is almost 30k posts long. SPC is one of the most difficult mods to get running (and I've been dicking with this stuff since alpha). 1.6.2 and forge have made some things easier and some things not.
I've jumped through all these hoops and have always gotten SPC and forge to work in 1.5 back, but 1.6.2 is a ******* to get these two working together.
I've currently got 1.6.2 + forge working with TooManyItems, Treecapitator, BuildCraft, ComputerCraft, IronChest, Multi Page Chest and Rei's Minimap. SPC is the only one I haven't been able to get working, and I've read that damn PDF 10 times.
I'd suggest packing a forge version as a .jar inside a .zip with worldedit.jar and a text file explaining where to put the SPC .jar (NOT copied inside the minecraft.jar file, aren't we past that yet?) and also where to drop the worldedit.jar. Nice and simple, if you can get it to work from the .minecraft/mod directory as a forge compatable .JAR file like every other mod these days.
There shouldn't be 14 versions and instructions floating around, there should just be one version. Yours. And it should be 1.6.2 only and go in ONE place.

You're missing bspkrsCore. That goes into the mods folder and Treecapatator goes into the CoreMods folder.
Ah, thanks for the info. Didn't work in the coremods folder, but it did when I put both in the Mods folder where Forge then found them.
Aug 27, 2013I swear to god, installing mods in Minecraft hasn't gotten one inch easier since it's release. I almost had a seizure when I looked at the install instructions pdf for SPC and 1.62 + Forge.Posted in: Minecraft Mods

mod_bspkrsCore : any
Everything in the mods directory (including other mods that are working)
Aug 26, 2013Here's what I've done to no avail:Posted in: Mods Discussion
Working Forge and most other mods in the mods directory.
Install Single Player commands according to their instructions (including copying the files into your minecraft jar file.
Backup minecraft jar file with forge and other mods running - reinstated.
Place Single Player Commands zip in mods directory (note, worldedit.jar is still in place as mentioned in install process).
Now, before all this, I got SPC working with 1.6.2 following their install instructions. Does not seem to like Forge though.

May 25, 2012Hmm, not working with 12w21a for me. (I've used it many, many times). Manual install into jar, load game, no minimap. Delete everything, redown load 12w21a.jar and server files, use latest mcpatcher, load game, no minimap.Posted in: Minecraft Mods
I've never had a problem with this mod before, any clues? Or is it not working with this weekly? The mod date says the 24th, so I assume...

Oct 18, 2011I'm not sure what to think, what with NPC villages basically being abandoned and the "Ender" zone empty except for Ender men and dragons. Me think Notch has spread himself too thin. For sure, there will be continued updates after release, so there's hope this stuff will be finished eventually.Posted in: News
Sep 8, 2011Me thinks Notch needs to hire more programmers. MC is a professional game now and should have more than 2 part time programmers. We see the result of this with 1.8 really only being half done and we must wait for the rest "at some time in the future"...Posted in: News
Meanwhile, mods like Millenaire's NPC village are going like gangbusters.
