You describe shouting Vague in your reverse rubric as being a nonconstructive piece of information the suggester cannot use to his/her advantage in order to change their thread.
However, vague, while a very short statement, is constructive and useful for the OP. It tells them that their thread isn't detailed enough and that they need to add more detail. While you can just as easily tell them what they can add, it isn't your job, it is their job to decide what needs to be added.
I do disagree with this however, because if I declare a thread vague in
SIZE 36 BOLD ITALIC FONT
,then I at least try to give the OP a few suggestions on what details that they can add.

Then this guy named Missis Donkey Kong Racinice Troll 420 came in just to go to The Only Mic Donolds to do show. Show got cancelled on Garchinderioy 7324th, 49,486,482 B.C
