Honestly, this doesn't take skill at all. All you did was invert the colors with some image editing tool. It could be made in about 3 minutes. Next time, try and spend some actual time on a texture pack.
This does not belong in this forum. It belongs in the texture discussion subsection. Anything that doesn't produce a texture pack does not belong here.
Take the map folder you want to use, (in this case it would turtle chase or something) and put it into the server folder. Next, delete the file called "world" and rename the world file for the turtle chase thing "world".
