Feeling as if he was nearly cheated out of his life, John descided it was time he started looking at better things than squad leader...

He was not always top of the class growing up as he knew what that meant, being put into the science department. He knew that if we scored just below the standard he would be put into service as a pilot or officer. All he thought about as a kid was school and never family. He never grew attached to his father or mother and never married.
Aiming for the job of officer, he went to the Enclave military academy. He studied and actually tried in military school because he knew that if you weren't top cut, then you got sent to the front lines to die. Half-way through, his parents were captured by tribals and brutally beaten, then killed. This brought up a resentment towards all un-pure humans. He later finished military school and was put in charge of Omega squad which was stationed in Long Island. He flew there to meet his new friends and his new life. This was it he thought, but little did he know that Long Island was now one of the last standing points of the Enclave on the East Coast.

Current report at Long Island, 2290: We have recently discovered the Brotherhood in the local area and are requesting immediate backup! They seem to have discovered the locals and are trying to start a revolt against the Enclave. This must be used to our advantage! If we can make an example of the Brotherhood, the locals will leave us at peace. Not to say that we will leave them at peace but still, angering the locals even more is the worst decision we could make. Recently we have sent some scouts down to their base and discovered that the Brotherhood has been supplying the locals the laser weaponry. Although they are used to bows and spears, they could gain a quick foothold against us with that kind of weaponry and their numbers. I suggest that you send immediate reinforcements as if we win here, then we could possible retake the wastes and exterminate the mutant population once and for all. All none humans must be exterminated. Recently, three scouts were sent on different missions in the immediate area, I am relaying the reports to you now.

Scout Report 1: Recently I was assigned with scouting the Common Wealth in the area. They are arming themselves with androids and plasma weapons. To avoid endangering the base we later sent a squad of soldiers to negotiate a peace treaty or at least a cease fire until the locals are dealt with. Problems persist with the part of the treaty which states that the Common Wealth must shoot all locals on sight and report all sightings of Brotherhood members. They have agreed however to a cease fire and housing of two Enclave soldiers respectively. There are no current reports of Brotherhood members in that territory but I could have sworn that I heard some kind of rifle coming from the prison area. Further scouting is needed though as I am not assigned to that area.

Scout Report 2: I was assigned to the Long Island main area. The local presence is most concentrated around this area making us suspect that it is their home/base of operations. I was flown via vertibird and scouted the immediate area to find nothing. This was quite interesting as normally there are still simple supplies such as run down cars in the streets or old computer monitors on the desks. There was no sign of any of these items or them ever even being present. After venturing farther into the city I ran into a local patrol team. It appeared to be Brotherhood members of some kind but I didn’t recognize the symbols on their chests and arm guards. I couldn’t get a better look so I ventured to where it appeared they had come from only to find a massive pile of cars blocking the entrance and a minefield in the buildings leading in. I was forced to make a retreat and gathered no more knew information. It is my suggestion however that we send in a squad of soldiers and capture one the mysterious patrols for questioning. While I was there I also realized that there was no feral ghoul population that I could find which poses the question, are the locals heavily armed?

Scout Report 3: I was assigned with the local area relative to the base. There appears to be many scavenger camps set up nearby which would indicate either the presence of a valuable resource that we need to discover or a low populace of mutants. Either way, the camps were heavily armed with military grade weapons. There appears to be a merchant going by the name “Freddy” selling them top notch weapons. My guess is he is a spy within the Enclave. Another strange thing I came across was the number of waste landers traveling through the area recently. They all appear to be heading towards Long Island. This means we will need reinforcements to combat any resistance we might find from these new locals.

RP Expierence: I am a great RPer as I have been on 2 successful RP servers which include a Skyrim server which I owned and a Star WArs server which was shut down due to copy right reasons.
Leadership Expierence: I am currently mod on the server and have been staff on countless others, not only that but almost anyone I meet will trust me to guide them the right way. I have been told I am great with strategy and chess, I am used to being the leader and not the follower as while I may be gifted at leading I cannot follow in the slightest without messing up. I also am fair to all players and do not discriminate.
Why do you want to lead this faction:Of all the factions in fallout, this one is the greatest for me as I love being around technology, imposing my ideas onto other people, IE wastelanders, and it is one of the few factions that is extremely well organized. It has always been my faction of choice in all fallout games even though it is usually the evil faction but its end term projection is good. The continuation of the human race must be certain and nothing can stand in the way.

Data Log 1: I am on a vertibird along with the rest of my squad after fleeing from D.C.; the war had already been lost. What is left of the Enclave to the north relayed a message reading that their forces are held strongly in the Long Island area. There has been little local resistance and there are currently no signs of the Brotherhood, Private Wolfe out.
Data Log 2: We reached the Long Island outpost which seems to have a foothold in the area. Further scouting of the area is commencing currently but I think that we should be safe here. With the weapons stockpile and resources, we should be able to make a better start, Private Wolfe out.
Data Log 3: With the general dead, we currently have no leader and things are starting to get rough with no clear sense of command. Morals are staying high but I predict a drop if we don’t get this settled and fast. In other news we have discovered a local presence calling themselves “Pitt Raiders”. I expect little to no resistance from savages, I’m more worried about the Brotherhood finding us, Private Wolfe out.
Data Log 3: Error-Data Log damaged-fragments recovered- Emergency! The brotherhood has been spotted and recognized as a visible threat! Counting two Enclave members missing, one confirmed dead. Wait? The recon soldiers! They followed the patrol back! Everyone, statio… Data Log Ended
Data Log 4: The base is defended, but we lost nine soldiers in the end. Four were also wounded, including myself. It is obvious that the Brotherhood will be our greatest bump in the road to achieving control over Long Island. (long pause). I am just getting news that the Common Wealth is in the immediate area. I don’t suspect they will be any threat at all, Private Wolfe out.
Data Log 5: 2 years have passed since my last recording and I am quite thankful for that. Nothing has happened of significance besides the fact that within the last year or so we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of “wanderers” moving to the wastes. This will need to be investigated further but we have bigger problems. We have a need to expand and there are too many settlements for us to not be noticed. It is coming to a decision of whether or not to invade the wastes and eliminate the hostile presence. If we are successful then the Enclave will stand a chance against the imperialistic Brotherhood, Private Wolfe out.

Say someone is Meta-Gaming, What would you do? (1 Paragraph explanation): I have delt with this situation before and it is one of the rather tricky ones to cure. I would first either PM the palyer or tell them through an outside media center such as skype as to not interfere with chat that they should cease their actions and return to character. If this does not work then I would either mute the character or report to a higher authority. It should not come to banning as I hope all who sign up for this server realize how serious RP is.
Say someone is hacking, and someone has proof of it, What would you do? (1 Paragraph explanation): If I was mod, I would first ask the person to stop and report to an admin or owner. If the person persists I would kick the as a warning but not ban as that is not my resposability. Mainly it is your choice as I would report to you of course this all depends on the serverity of the hack. If it was a hack that was endangering the server and or its current members I would temp. ban until an admin was in.
Plugin Experience: I know how to set up any plugin, and permissions. If givin access to the console because you need my assistance, I am fully capable of setting up all plugins.
Building Experience (Preferably Pictures): I have built a castle with a town most recently but do not plan to build anything similar to this except the wall in this server.
Experience with Application (Accepting/Denying): I have only had an application denied once and resubmited only to be accepted, ironicly I became co-owner because I made the plugins and permissions.
Should you disrespect players if they are disrespecting you?: Depending on whether they are in RP or not, if not then warn them at first and if they persist, warn my superior.
Why should we accept you as staff? (At least 1-3 good paragraphs):I believe my experience as a server owner and admin put me ahead of the game and my strive to make the experience great to all players defines the perfect staff member. I can set up permissions and plugins, along with my building skills. I am fully aware of what the Fallout Universe is and its appearence. My clan counts on me to bring them the best gaming experience possible and I have great faith in this server. I have never hacked or used a hacking client as I see no use for it especially in an RP server.
I also make a great staff member as I am active as much as needed and will communicate with all other staff in any way possible/needed. What staff experience do you have?: I have run 3 successful servers, been Head Admin on a Fallout RP server due to setting up their plugins and permissions, been Mod on many servers including a 50+ pop server, and been builder on countless others.
Define Power Gaming (1 Paragraph): Using traits, factions, and/or jobs of a player's character to gain power in the world which they usually obtain by either kissing up, cheating, or altering other characters. It can also be RPing with another character in the story who is not willingly agreeing with the powergamer such as one character says that they fought and wounded another player when said player does not agree with this and it did not happen in game. I see it as unfare as most people do and would like to see it removed from all servers if not at least this one. All players should be treated the same and must follow along with their role in the game along with including all players in on the RP and not making other player's characters bend to your will.
Define Meta-Gaming (1 Paragraph): Acting out of character or venturing away from the lure and more towards your own personality and not your character's. It can also be making your character do something out of their personality or hving them do something that does not fit with the rest of the game such as making a gun in a medieval server. This is probably the worst problem in every RP game that I have ever played as I am a hard core RP player. I despide it when somebody whines in chat about what happened to them during the day or that they died ect. It needs to be removed and kept out of all PR servers in my opinion.
Say someone is Meta-Gaming, What would you do? (1 Paragraph explanation): I have delt with this situation before and it is one of the rather tricky ones to cure. I would first either PM the palyer or tell them through an outside media center such as skype as to not interfere with chat that they should cease their actions and return to character. But he always longed for the life of an adventurer, being able to roam the land and kill big monsters. He was walking in town on a windy day and his hat flew off, he ran after it, afraid that his father would be cross if he lost the hat, and found it lying at the feet of a group of teenagers sitting behind the market. He questioned them why they were standing there. One man said, holding up a pill bottle, "Were going on an adventure *hehehe*" The boy was curious so he asked if he could go with them. After they talked amongst themselves the decided, "Sure kid, first one's free *hahaha*" The boy took a handful of pills and swallowed them. Instantly he began seeing visions of big monsters that he could slay. Eventually the boy became addicted to the pills and robbed his family blind so he could buy more. His father disowned him and kicked the boy out of their household. The boy grew up on the streets, constantly looking for a new way to get money for pills. One day he was so OD'd on pills that he wandered off into the wild, he hasn't been seen back at that town since.

BackStory (Minimum 1 Paragraph): August was born in Moscow. Most of the times his parents would not let him outside because of all the terrible things in this poor and destroyed city. He never really had any parents, they just dumped him on the road when he was 7 years old, but he did not remember anything from those seven years. His life in Moscow was relatively normal. He managed a house with a small garden and survived on his own. One day the enclave came to his small neighborhood and took all the crops for a "Greater cause". Now August was one to believe small sacrifices needed to be made for a greater cause so he just blew it off, but as the soldiers were leaving a group of teenage children, about 14 years old threw rocks at the soldiers. One of the teens were shot. As august listened to the enclave radio, he decided he wanted to be a Brother hood of steel member to help their cause.

How mutants would run rampant and overrule the world, about how the Brotherhood would give weapons to those mutants. He knew that he was making a difference in the wasteland but yet somehow he could do more. With the air all around him he decided to volenteer to join the new base at Long Island. This erased all of his dreams of opening up a bar as a business owner. At this very moment however, he felt complete, somehow whole..
At that very moment though a missile flew out of what appeared to be an abandon bunker. John reacted quickly and immediatly radioed that he was being chased by an Unidentified Object and he commensed evasive manuevers. Barely dodging the missile, he watched it turn around in mid-air. Knowing exactly what to do, he turned straight down and fast. Hurtling towards the ground at 80 miles an hour, John slowly started to rise. The missile followed him seemingly wherever he turned. As he was nearing the ground he made an abrupt pull to dodge the ground, causing him to barely miss the wasted earth. The missile was not so lucky, it ran straight into the ground causing a massive ball of fire and intense heat. Feeling as if he was nearly cheated out of his life, John descided it was time he started looking at better things than squad leader...
Biography: He grew up fathered under two soldiers of the Enclave, he was tought that everyone not in the Enclave was a mutant and must be treated as an animal. He was not always top of the class growing up as he knew what that meant, being put into the science department. He knew that if we scored just below the standard he would be put into service as a pilot or officer. All he thought about as a kid was school and never family. He never grew attached to his father or mother and never married.
Aiming for the job of officer, he went to the Enclave military academy. He studied and actually tried in military school because he knew that if you weren't top cut, then you got sent to the front lines to die. Half-way through, his parents were captured by tribals and brutally beaten, then killed. This brought up a resentment towards all un-pure humans. He later finished military school and was put in charge of Omega squad which was stationed in Long Island. He flew there to meet his new friends and his new life. This was it he thought, but little did he know that Long Island was now one of the last standing points of the Enclave on the East Coast.

He was transfered to the D.C. area where vertibird pilots were rare and quite usefull. He was never off duty and started to suffer from sleep disorder, but still he flew. When the Enclave came to fleeing the D.C. area, he lead the retreat and piloted a bird with a squad heading towards the Long Island area. He planned to return and make a life in D.C. when it was cleansed by the recovering Enclave but until then his main priority was to converse with the Enclave about his future. Whether or not he stayed in the faction, he would still hope to find leadership and seek peace.

MESSAGE SENT
Current report at Long Island, 2290: We have recently discovered the Brotherhood in the local area and are requesting immediate backup! They seem to have discovered the locals and are trying to start a revolt against the Enclave. This must be used to our advantage! If we can make an example of the Brotherhood, the locals will leave us at peace. Not to say that we will leave them at peace but still, angering the locals even more is the worst decision we could make. Recently we have sent some scouts down to their base and discovered that the Brotherhood has been supplying the locals the laser weaponry. Although they are used to bows and spears, they could gain a quick foothold against us with that kind of weaponry and their numbers. I suggest that you send immediate reinforcements as if we win here, then we could possible retake the wastes and exterminate the mutant population once and for all. All none humans must be exterminated. Recently, three scouts were sent on different missions in the immediate area, I am relaying the reports to you now.
Scout Report 1: Recently I was assigned with scouting the Common Wealth in the area. They are arming themselves with androids and plasma weapons. To avoid endangering the base we later sent a squad of soldiers to negotiate a peace treaty or at least a cease fire until the locals are dealt with. Problems persist with the part of the treaty which states that the Common Wealth must shoot all locals on sight and report all sightings of Brotherhood members. They have agreed however to a cease fire and housing of two Enclave soldiers respectively. There are no current reports of Brotherhood members in that territory but I could have sworn that I heard some kind of rifle coming from the prison area. Further scouting is needed though as I am not assigned to that area.
Scout Report 2: I was assigned to the Long Island main area. The local presence is most concentrated around this area making us suspect that it is their home/base of operations. I was flown via vertibird and scouted the immediate area to find nothing. This was quite interesting as normally there are still simple supplies such as run down cars in the streets or old computer monitors on the desks. There was no sign of any of these items or them ever even being present. After venturing farther into the city I ran into a local patrol team. It appeared to be Brotherhood members of some kind but I didn’t recognize the symbols on their chests and arm guards. I couldn’t get a better look so I ventured to where it appeared they had come from only to find a massive pile of cars blocking the entrance and a minefield in the buildings leading in. I was forced to make a retreat and gathered no more knew information. It is my suggestion however that we send in a squad of soldiers and capture one the mysterious patrols for questioning. While I was there I also realized that there was no feral ghoul population that I could find which poses the question, are the locals heavily armed?
Scout Report 3: I was assigned with the local area relative to the base. There appears to be many scavenger camps set up nearby which would indicate either the presence of a valuable resource that we need to discover or a low populace of mutants. Either way, the camps were heavily armed with military grade weapons. There appears to be a merchant going by the name “Freddy” selling them top notch weapons. My guess is he is a spy within the Enclave. Another strange thing I came across was the number of waste landers traveling through the area recently. They all appear to be heading towards Long Island. This means we will need reinforcements to combat any resistance we might find from these new locals.

RP Expierence: I am a great RPer as I have been on 2 successful RP servers which include a Skyrim server which I owned and a Star WArs server which was shut down due to copy right reasons.
Leadership Expierence: I am currently mod on the server and have been staff on countless others, not only that but almost anyone I meet will trust me to guide them the right way. I have been told I am great with strategy and chess, I am used to being the leader and not the follower as while I may be gifted at leading I cannot follow in the slightest without messing up. I also am fair to all players and do not discriminate.
Why do you want to lead this faction:Of all the factions in fallout, this one is the greatest for me as I love being around technology, imposing my ideas onto other people, IE wastelanders, and it is one of the few factions that is extremely well organized. It has always been my faction of choice in all fallout games even though it is usually the evil faction but its end term projection is good. The continuation of the human race must be certain and nothing can stand in the way.

Data Log 2: We reached the Long Island outpost which seems to have a foothold in the area. Further scouting of the area is commencing currently but I think that we should be safe here. With the weapons stockpile and resources, we should be able to make a better start, Private Wolfe out.
Data Log 3: With the general dead, we currently have no leader and things are starting to get rough with no clear sense of command. Morals are staying high but I predict a drop if we don’t get this settled and fast. In other news we have discovered a local presence calling themselves “Pitt Raiders”. I expect little to no resistance from savages, I’m more worried about the Brotherhood finding us, Private Wolfe out.
Data Log 3: Error-Data Log damaged-fragments recovered- Emergency! The brotherhood has been spotted and recognized as a visible threat! Counting two Enclave members missing, one confirmed dead. Wait? The recon soldiers! They followed the patrol back! Everyone, statio… Data Log Ended
Data Log 4: The base is defended, but we lost nine soldiers in the end. Four were also wounded, including myself. It is obvious that the Brotherhood will be our greatest bump in the road to achieving control over Long Island. (long pause). I am just getting news that the Common Wealth is in the immediate area. I don’t suspect they will be any threat at all, Private Wolfe out.
Data Log 5: 2 years have passed since my last recording and I am quite thankful for that. Nothing has happened of significance besides the fact that within the last year or so we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of “wanderers” moving to the wastes. This will need to be investigated further but we have bigger problems. We have a need to expand and there are too many settlements for us to not be noticed. It is coming to a decision of whether or not to invade the wastes and eliminate the hostile presence. If we are successful then the Enclave will stand a chance against the imperialistic Brotherhood, Private Wolfe out.

If the person persists I would kick the as a warning but not ban as that is not my resposability. Mainly it is your choice as I would report to you of course this all depends on the serverity of the hack. If it was a hack that was endangering the server and or its current members I would temp. ban until an admin was in.
