Why is there a 10 stack number if its "Most"? Is that simply just a minimum to contest?

Starting now, I require a permit book to work for me, but considering I can give them out... its no problem.

4.What can you do to help the Grand Spencorian Empire Prosper? (what can you offer to improve the Empire?) I have been playing Minecraft for 3 1/2 years. With this large course of knowledge, I believe I would be a great selection to add onto the GSEP. I can provide this empire with a very large variety of support. My hours are semi-flexible throughout the week. With these factors playing in, my addition to the Grand Spencorian Empire Prosper would be if significant help.
5. A little about yourself I am a very self-motivated person. I work well in teams and groups and am not one to complain and request, but rather someone who thanks and gives.
6. What 5 (or less) Occupational permits would you like to start out with and are you aware of how occupation advancement works (a simple yes or no will do)? Militiaman, miner, worker; however, I am not familiar with how advancements work.
7. How many hours a day can you be on for? As previously stated, I have semi-flexible hours. I am able to usually play very actively on weekends, as well as Tuesdays and Thursdays.These days are when I am most active (2-5+ hours daily).I am still, however, active on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (1-3+).
8.A brief (1-3 sentences) description of your role play character (Recommended)? My character goes by the name of Yukon (original, no?). Yukon is a fairly young, but dedicated member of GSEP. Much of his days revolve around working. Curiosity, however, sometimes gets e better of him in this large world. He enjoys traveling and exploring, but needless to say, he isn't the most "take my word for it" type of person.
9. Have you been apart of any other clans? If so, which one(s)? No, this will be my first clan. Regardless of my naivativity with clans, I athis m hoping to become part of this empire.
10. Why did you choose the Grand Spencorian Empire? Needless to say, this empire is not like most. I can already tell this powerful, sophisticated empire is going to be an experience I have been patiently, yet still eagerly, for the past 3 1/2 years. It is controlled while still being a democracy (VERY rare) while still having a strong player base with lots of dedicated leaders. This Empire certainly beats many I have been apart of - ones made of inexperienced, inactive dictators. -

A few people who have barley made a single dinar, have came up with some of the most wonderful ideas for this empire, which all have loved. For example, I run a tavern which relies on a plugin suggested by a poor man, (I cannot remember who) and we all love that plugin. In fact, a lot of my business comes form other clans, who play a large role in the economy of this clan. We also have two dungeons, both made by people outside the government. As far as I know they have made no money off them, even though it is very well possible to charge admission fees.

Wow, things have been quiet here for a while now! I would like to give a special thanks to Burtsbee and CnocBride for joining the Dynamic Gaming chat on Discord!
Another point too. I will be away this Thursday to Sunday on a Model United Nations trip to New York. I will be able to talk on skype and whatnot, but might take a little while longer than normal to get back to you. Sorry for the inconvenience. See you all soon!

Do not fear my fellow Imperials, we will not be having any phones or hipster hats just yet in the Empire. Our Emperor has taken-up an old task of making the Empire her very own website!
Using trusted sources, the website should be up and running by the beginning of next week if finals don't get too much in the way of our already very busy schedules.
So far, the sight looks great: gold and white flags everywhere, images of the Empire all around, and many pages for Imperials to peruse. This will likely accompany a general re-formatting of the forums page to be less information intensive as, in truth, it is very intimidating to see a long page with about a dozen different spoilers, each hiding a manifestos worth of text. Hopefully, this should curb things a bit.
If anyone is interested in contributing to the website, let the Emperor know! Any and all help with writing, picture taking, and general idea making will be greatly appreciated!

My fellow Spencorians! Two fine Imperials have been selected to join the ranks of the Optimates of the Grand Spencorian Empire! Due to their extensive service to their fatherland in a variety of ways, Tepfer and Joshbly have been appointed to the rank of Optimate. It is hoped that with the introduction of new blood into the old system, more worth while conversation and propositions might be generated, from which our fine and noble Empire can only grow.
On a sadder note with that, FabulousPholem was removed from the Optimates chat due to his several month long absence. His leave is to due the extensive amount of work he is doing in college and his loyalty to the Empire is unwavering.
Build and They will Come
The recently erected Roman-style poorhouses are already seeing their first few residents! Burtsbee became the first inhabitant of the district yesterday and has selected for himself a fine new home. For those that are without homes or shelter in the Empire, feel free to take up lodging in the poor district, free of charge! Once you have over 1500 dinars, you will be asked to find other living arrangements however. I need not be asked or any other if you wish to take up a home there, just take it, put a sign on front with your name, don't edit the outside and we should be right as rain. It is recommended that little editing be done to the house in its entirety as they are temporary homes. The construction of basements is banned for the poor district unless expressively allowed otherwise by the Emperor or the Senate.
