OK, I'm going to try this again. Still just a shot in the dark at this point without knowing what mod/mods it's crashing with. I reworked the null checks because the one i had was flawed.

OK, so as far as this crash is concerned, I'm going to be releasing an update that will hopefully flush all the nulls out of that function so that this just doesn't happen. The function handles vanilla items just fine and most modded items but I keep missing something that developers are doing to some custom items in terms of smelting. What I'm going to try to do about this is just ignore nay item that causes the function to crash. I know it's not perfect but I'm sure most of you would rather have a working mod that is compatible with everything.
The only released mod I have right now is Mimicry. The other mods are floating around on my PC waiting for updates and reformatting. SparrCore is obsolete and has been removed from all my mods. the latest versions of all my mods can be found in my mods directory for anyone who really wants to look for them. I post all unreleased working versions in my Drive as safe storage for working versions. Spell Rods and Mythic Divergence are compiled for 1.6.4. Any mods that are available for download that are not Mimicry will not have updated information available because they are not released.

I've posted an update to version 1.0.1 that finally adds the capability to make an item cost up to 648 mimichite.
It works by breaking down the custom value into blocks and orbs, rounding up, then compiling the recipe.
example: I set emerald to cost 400. that calculates to 4 blocks, 8 orbs, 4 mimichite. obviously there isn't room for that in the recipe so the value rounds up to 405 calculating to 5 blocks of mimichite.
the end result being 1 emerald + 5 Mimic Blocks = 2 emerald
all values will round up to the nearest quantity of blocks/orbs/mimichite that will fit in the recipe grid.

added config for removing xp drops from ore
overhauled dynamic recipe management for smeltables(should mean no more crashes due to render or index out of bounds)
I can't promise everything is working but I wanted to get a beta out for you guys to break.
Note: the ore doesn't glow right now...I'm sorry.

Loving those textures for the mimic orb blocks and the mimikinetic upheaver. I'd love to see connected textures for those; that would be amazing.
Also noticed that the glazers only registered lava and water as liquids (I have hundreds of those in my game, so it was a bit of a shock).
I can't do anything about this because i don't know what quarry plus does in their code to make this occur. I will make a config in the future to remove xp drops form the ore however. that should at least allow you to avoid the mess.

It's not my Modpack, but it's just these two mods not interacting, so I figured I'd just post those two together in a new instance. Thanks for any help you could give. This mod is one I don't really want to remove from my pack.
The problem occurs due to the dynamic recipe handling. I will have to add custom handling for this mod until i can work out a fail-safe for the issue. Until then, add the item from that mod to the recipe blacklist. That should prevent the item from being processed buy the recipe handler thus avoiding the crash.

Installation is easy! Just follow these simple instructions and you will be on the server in no time!
Step 1: Download the ATLauncher and put it in its own folder (link: http://www.atlauncher.com/download/)
Step 2: Run the launcher and set up your account. This will be your minecraft user account info.
Step 3: click on the Packs tab on the right then click add pack at the top. Add "Psytech".
Step 4: once the pack has been added find it on the list and click the "new instance" button. Select PsyPixel_1.0 version. Follow the instructions till the pack is installed.
Step 5: Click the Instances tab on the right and run the pack. The server should already be in the multiplayer listings.
Server Name: PsyPixel
Server Stats: 4GB RAM; 3GHz CPU; 10 Slots+; 24/7 dedicated
Essentials, Permissions EX, Creative Gates, PreciousStones, Votifier
Requirements for staff application:
1) Get to know me. I don't let strangers run my server.
2) Have Teamspeak 3 with a mic. Communication is important.
3) Be mature. If you are 15 years old, you better act 18.
4) Play to have fun, not to have power. It can be taken away.
All applications are accepted on an "as needed" basis.
Don't expect to be handed moderator just because you applied.
