Wouldn't it be so awesome/scary if Mojang secretly added Herobrine as a second boss monster? They would add herobrine, but not say that they did. Imagine that. Maybe once you kill the ender dragon, Herobrine starts mysteriously showing up around the world and placing/breaking blocks. To defeat Herobrine, you would create a Herobrine altar. Once you stand on it, a bolt of lightning hits you and you are teleported to the Sky Dimension. You would walk for a bit among the islands, and you would eventually find a large obsidian/netherrack/glowstone palace that looks somewhat like this: http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/castle-forsythe. Scattered around the palace would be Herobrine altars, which Herobrine can stand on to regenerate his health. He has as much health as an ender dragon, and can shoot fire charges at a rate of 2 per second.
also, this site http://testificate.com/ contains a hidden message, the title is some kind of code, translated it says "LOADING ROBOTSTXT INFORMATION FILE... INITIATING HEROBRINE SYSTEM... TARGET NEXT RELEASE..."
repeat, THIS totally can't be happening.
How did you decode it? It looks completely random to me.
A while ago, codecrafted made 2D minecraft in minecraft. Now it's your turn to make a 3D version
Joking aside, nice project. If you made it come with built-in functions (ex. Square, Circle, Oval, Cube, Sphere, Cylinder, etc), it would make many redstone engineer's life easier. Imagine how cool it would be if the people at the RDF (Redstone Development Foundation) adapted their Prelude of the Chambered mini-game to use this.
no, if the nether and overworld are going to be in the same dimension, it would cause alot of lag. and the 'earth-breaker's pickaxe' should be a mod since bedrock is supposed to be the limit of the map at the bottom.
Well, you could have the world be in 16x16x16 cubic chunks, kind of like Robinton's Cubic Chunks mod.
I would remove nether portals, but I would sort of attach the nether to the real world. I would also make a pickaxe that allows you to break bedrock, which I'll touch on later. Underneath the bedrock would be the nether. Also, you would be able to build a tower very, very high up and you would reach the sky dimension. The entire world would be in cubic chunks, to prevent lag. Also, there would be no "Loading the nether/end/whatever" things, as the nether would be attached to the overworld. You break through bedrock and you are looking into the nether. Also, there should be new structures around the map which would be holes straight down to bedrock. Those holes would be guarded by blazes and aggressive zombie pigmen. Also, it would attract ghasts who would travel to the overworld. Along with that, the nether would have more structures, nether fortresses would have tripwires and TNT traps, and there would be a rare nether ore that allows you to make armor with "built-in" fire resistance. There would also be a ore in the sky dimension that allows you to make an armor with "built-in" feather falling. Also, there would be a new mob or two in the sky dimension. They would be aggressive and drop a material that can be used to make the special pick that can destroy bedrock.
Different color wires that do not connect with each other, multi-colored redstone lamps, vertical redstone, maybe pipes and things that can take things out of/put things in chests.
If you look, Mojang also fixed entity and box hitboxes. In other words, I think that they fixed glass pane and boat wireless redstone. If someone would be willing to check it out, that would be great.
You can use a variable-length clock attached to a piston weakener (pistons crush the mobs for a variable amount of taime, either killing them, or reducing them to 1/2 hearts). You can even make the bottom piston release faster than the top piston, meaning that it works for both passive and agressive mobs.
Sorry to bother you by asking this, but I am a COMPLETE n00b at W.I.N.E. (a program for running windows programs on UNIX-based OSes), and I am trying to apply a patch to wine, then compile it from source. It would be great if you could tell me how to. Also, do I need to un-install wine before I re-compile it from source? I am using Ubunu 10.04 with wine 1.2.2. I am trying to install Vincasmiliunas's rawinput patch, so I can play World of Tanks on my computer. The patch repo is here: https://gist.github.com/895204, and the wine website is here: www.winehq.com. It would be great if you could help me!

Use a pick with silk touch.

Last I checked, it was a tutorial for installing a version of linux. I might be wrong, though.

Thanks, but this doesn't appear to have anything to do with ubuntu OR wine.
